Took boots to be resoled in December 2019. Paid to have them fixed at time I took them in. On January 22, 2020, I went to the business to check on boots. The business was closed. On same day, I called the business at ***, and got the message that this phone number could not take messages. Called another number found on Revdex.com for *** and was disconnected.
I’ve used this business for years without issues. Now I would like to know what happened. I’d like to get my boots and money back.
Can you find out what is going on and help me?
Although the business failed to respond, the consumer stated she was contacted by them and has since gotten her shoes back.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
