Soleil Moving

The client has been asked to provide us with before pictures of the furniture/items she claimed were damaged in the move. The client has not provided us with the requested evidence of the damages not being done prior to our company moving their items. Without solid proof that the damages... were not preexisting, we cannot justify the validity of her complaint of said damages. We have made many attempts to speak with the customer to solve the problem to no avail. The client initialed and signed the contract that allows her $0.60 per pound for damages. We made her a reasonable offer of $602.00. She declined. We agreed upon $879.00. She told us our deadline had expired. (The deadline was less than an hour after she received the Settlement Agreement Letter.) The client went as far as to give us two negative reviews on social media via Yelp giving an impression that these were two separate events. One review was actually created by her girlfriend, Michelle L. on July 6th, 2015, whom was never our client. [redacted] confirmed her girlfriend wrote the review. The other was by [redacted] a month later. Our reviews speak for themselves on social media prior to her review and the false review created by her girlfriend. I am rejecting this response because these statements from Soleil Moving are not truthful and fully accurateAt no time did Soleil request before pictures of the damaged items and at no time did they require that before pictures at that level of detail be taken prior to the moveRegarding Yelp, given that it is an open forum social media outlet, any person(s) who had any interaction with Soleil Moving is in their first amendment right to provide a review of Soleil Moving's quality of service, regardless of whether they were directly involved on a contractual basis with Soleil, or whether through verbal or bystander interaction.My complaints to the Revdex.com against this company and its owner remain valid and I am prepared to support this in court of law to defend my claims, including through use of lie detection equipment as needed for my part and the owner and employees of Soleil Moving who were involved in this moveThis includes challenging the statements made by Soleil Moving to the Revdex.com on the recount of events
