Review: On January 9, I placed an order at soleshoppers.com for Dansko Women's Crepe Chukka Boot Steel (Size: 40 M EU / 9.5-10 B(M) US), and paid the $195 price with my debit card. Soleshoppers assigned the order #[redacted].Although Soleshopppers assured me on January 15, 25, and 29 that my order would be shipped shortly, I never received a package. On February 2 I requested my order be cancelled and my purchase price refunded. The next day I was assured that my request for the cancellation has been received. On February 5 I was told by a customer service representative that "Your cancellation request was received and sent, it'll be confirmed soon. After confirmation you'll be refunded within 5-10 days depending upon your bank." By March 7th I had not received a refund and once again requested one. On March 11th I was assured that "Your order cancellation has been confirmed recently and has been processed. It takes 5-10 days to refund depending upon your bank, please look for a refund soon."I still have received no refund so am pursuing a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I am simply requesting a quick refund of my purchase price as promised.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from this online retailer. They charged my credit card $285. But the shoes never arrived. Upon contacting the site, they said they would soon provide me with a tracking number. No such tracking number was ever provided and the shoes never arrived.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for shoes that were never shipped and never delivered.

I did some research online and it turns out they have been changing their name to hide the fact that they are stealing people's money.Desired Settlement: I would like my [redacted] back and for them to have a lawsuit put against them so they cannot keep scamming people.

Had direct contact with them until purchase was made and after that was unable to make contact.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I purchased and was told that it was in stock. The estimate for delivery time was 5-10 business days. As of Feb 13, 2014, my order status was listed as awaiting shipment. So, I inquired with the company and received a response the next day stating that my order should " be shipped shortly.". Eleven days later on Feb 25, 2014, my order was still listed as awaiting shipment. I inquired again with the company and received no response. I noticed that on March 4, 2014, my order status changed to shipped. However, no shipping confirmation email or tracking number was ever provided to me. Today is March 12, 2014 and I have not yet received my shoes.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a $95.37 refund for the amount charged to my credit card. This amount includes the cost of the shoes as well as the shipping. I can provide proof of payment upon request. Thank you

Review: I ordered a pair of womens boots from Sole Shopper, on-line on 2/24/14. On 2/26/14 Sole Shopper billed my credit card for $83.49, the price of boots and shipping. Today is March 27, 2014. I still have not received my boots. I have called Sole Shoppers numerous times and left detailed voice mail messages and requesting a call back to take care of this matter. I have also left numerous email messages stating the same. Their system is set up that you cannot reach an actual person. When you call or email you receive a standard email that states they received your email or phone call and they will contact you within 1-2 business days. The problem is they never contact you. They have taken their money from my credit card over a month ago, I have not received my item and they won't return my calls or emails. One email stated it had been shipped on March 20, 2014 and gave a tracking number. I checked with UPS and it stated that the company contacted them on March 20 and indicated that they were going to ship a package to my address, however, they never did so there is no tracking on the package due to never being shipped. I am extremely frustrated and that point just want to have my credit card refunded the $83. 49. Review: On April 25, 2014 I ordered two pairs of shoes from this online retailer. Since then I've contacted them via email and phone about 6 times. They indicated after more than a month that my order was shipped (on or about May 28) - it has still not been received. I've requested a full refund of the $90 they charged my credit card; have not received that either.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $90.00 for the shoes I ordered but never received.

Review: I have been messaging the soleshopper website because I order a pair of boots on February 12 on my account it shows that my order is marked as shipped n it has been well over the 5-10 shipping period I was told there was and I have still yet to receive them....after several messages of my order will arrive shortly I started to get annoyed and I messaged the site several times with no response.... when I finally did get a response I asked to talk to a manager and they gave me the email of what I thought was the manager I messaged him 3 times with no response....I have been asking them what is going on since mid March I just want my order or a refundDesired Settlement: I want the boots delivered and if they are not going to be delivered, I want a full refund

Review: On December 12,2013 my wife ([redacted]) ordered a pair of boots from SoleShoppers.com. Payment was made using my debit card and dated December 13, 2013. To date we have been unable to get any information concerning this order. We both have made numerous phone calls using the phone number provided on SoleShoppers website to no avail. We have also sent numerous e-mails using the form provided on SoleShoppers website. Again no information provided. On February 24, 2014 I wrote a letter to SoleShoppers Retrobroker Ltd. Once again no response! At this time we are at a loss as to what to do next!Desired Settlement: We would be happy to recover the $106.89 we paid for on order Number [redacted] placed on December12, 2013.
