[redacted] brought back a pair of Timberland boots that she was unsatisfied with.
We sold her the boot in new condition. If the customer or an employee detected a defect, we would have swapped the product for her in store without hesitation. Although the boot came back with a crease, we exchanged the boot for [redacted] and offered her store credit per our "no cash refund/exchange only" store policy.
