I called solid force roofing they came out that day and had a price by the end of the day. The price was exactly what I thought it should be and I signed the contract. The owner Jesus M[redacted] is a professional roofing contractor and did a great job they left the work area cleaner then when they arrived. I would recommend using solid force roofing great company.

Solid Force Roofing did a great job for us. The owner is a contractor that actually listens to the customer and goes out of his way to do a proper job. We are extremely satisfied in the re-roofing of our patio roof. They started the job on the day (even Sunday) as promised. They showed us exactly what and how the were going to do the job and what materials they were going to use. Their pricing was more than fair and we'd recommend Solid Force Roofing to anyone we know. I used Jesus Milan and his company for a re roof job at a property in the north Tempe area, near ASU. I got three quotes. He was very reasonable and reviews were very good. I was not disappointed. His crew stripped a double layer shingled house in one day and completely re roofed in the next day. Two days! to do a complete tear down and re roof job. This also involved replacing about 300 sq ft. of plywood plus a large amount of fascia. All was done with excellent craftsmanship. Jesus was communicative, responsive and professional. He also came back after I noticed something that was my fault but he re did without any further charges.

We like to mention, make sure you ask what is cover in the estimate and what is what the company do because is only roofing company. If he can't do it, he might find or recommend someone else for it. His company was the first to respond to my search for a roofing contractor, and he offered the best price. My roof was in poor condition due to a amateur roofing job before we purchased the house. Jesus was careful to point out all deficiencies and get permission before moving forward with the repair of each one. He offered many suggestions and alternatives as each part of the project moved forward to completion. When the work was completed he cleaned the area around the property to a level even better than before he started. Not a nail or or scrap of wood or piece of paper was left behind. I believe the craftsmanship of his finished job is far superior to what I have seen from other roofer work in my neighborhood, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

He also said the he could do the work within a week. Much faster response than we got from the others, and his availability sealed it. Noticed some air vents were blocked, gave a medium estimate as soon as he recieved our e-mail. He was a very pleasant man. When we chose to go with him- he had his crew there when he said he would. They were very careful removing the old flat roof and installed our missing vents. Their work ethic was great, and they were very neat & cleaned up after themselves extremely well. I have not seen that kind of customer service in a long time. There were no "hidden" things that came up later- no change to our original estimate. Very fair, clean, pleasant. I now have a company to call any time I have a roof issue or just need a check up!

My experience with Solid Force Roofing was outstanding. I had 5 quotes for my roof and some were ridiculously high and some were ridiculously low. Left me scratching my head because purchasing a new roof is not something you can become an expert at especially when you may only look into it 2-3 times in your adult lifetime. When the owner came to the house something was different. There was a feeling of trust, integrity, honesty. There was options and recommendations. He showed me all the costs associated with a new roof you don't see or know about until you tear the old roof off. I went back and looked and no other company pointed those out to me in the small print on their bid sheet. I knew before he gave me a quote I was going to use him. His quote came in very fair but it was his honest explanation of everything that got him the bid. The roof is beautiful. All the extras with the whirly turbines and attic vents were above and beyond. He saw and explained things he could do for such a small and honest amount that would make a noticeable difference in the attic and air circulation. Water used to puddle on my flat patio roof. After a few monsoon storms (one while his crew was finishing up for the day) water comes off that same roof now like a waterfall. All the drips, leaks and rotted wood are gone and roof looks incredible. Clean up was immaculate. They swept and washed the patio, rolled up the hose and raked the area to make it look undisturbed. I've had a couple people ask me how the roof is coming along and I can do nothing but sing their praises. VERY HAPPY. Will never look anywhere again for anything needing to be done on my roof and for anyone I know who asks I'm recommending Solid Force Roofing.

Solid Force Roofing just finished our roof leak repair. The owner, Jesus M[redacted], personally did all work: provided estimate, replaced 1suare old underlayment, replaced old wood battens, replaced broken tiles, and repaired broken tiles. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. His work is neat and excellent. Since it is the roof, it is hard for me to judge on the quality of work. But it does have a 2 year warranty. We were really happy with his professional service throughout the work, and his communication was excellent. I'd highly recommend this company for roof work. We bid 3 different companies for the work, and this company was not only the lowest bid but also offered most to do. Jesus even sent me 5 pieces of extra tiles the day after the work done. Very happy.

We recently had a complete re roof job done by Solid Force Roofing. The owner looked at my job the same day I called and I had his quote the next morning. His price was mid line with others but his workmanship was top quality. He used better materials and explained all work to us. He started the job when we wanted and he finished it on time. He documented my repairs and took excellent pictures of wood damage under my shingles. This allowed us to increase our claim with our insurance company for the hidden damages. His crew was professional and prompt. The roof looks great and the cleanup was complete. We would recommend this company for any roof work.
