I have been with this program since 2014 and now am at the end of my obligations. They have been wonderful. Worked with me - and negotiated with my creditors. I can't say enough wonderful things about th is program. Yes probably could have gone and worked with the creditors on my own but the process would have been so cumbersome and emotionally stressful and would have taken much longer and in no way smooth as they have made it. At the beginning of the process the company is helpful and responsive to questions. However once they get you as a customer they become unresponsive and take weeks to respond to emails. I would not use them or refer them to a friend to use.
I found this company while desperately searching for help with loan consolidation. I was paying about $1200 a month to two loan sharks, aka payday loan companies. They brought my payments down to $250 a month and I am now debt free!! I even got to skip my last payment, as they negotiated my debt down AND I got a refund from them as well. The people I spoke with by phone and email were always great every time, with any question or concern. Great Company and Awesome Employees!

Everyone I have ever spoken to from the company has done there absolute best with assisting me with my financial situation. The main person I have been working with is Kamal, he goes about and beyond to make sure all my financial needs are handle efficiently and in a timely manor. I would recommend this company to anyone that has debt with credit card companies, personal loans, and payday loan companies. With the debt collectors they have settled with so far, they have negotiated a settlement atleast 50% than what they offer was originally. Has saved me thousands of dollars already. Like I said, the person in this company that has done the most for me and my account would be Kamal, thanks again Kamal!!!

I didn't know who to trust, and then I remembered my past experience with Solid Ground. They've always been very efficient and professional and HONEST. I'm able to access my account at anytime and see first hand my deposits and how they are being dispursed, I gave them a call and am now on my way to being debt free in a short time and no longer feel overwhelmed.
