Review: I would like to report this rental agent due to the treatment, incorrect billing, and puching her renter to the edge with her threats and unprofessional conduct. I was a 4yr renter with almost perfect rental history with this company. I meet her through my now ex. as soon as we broke up I had vandelism with in my house....including air duct for my heating and cooling, there was multiple thefts and I had 3 computers wiped clean of all programs and documents. I am a single mother of a 2yr old and 12 yr old who got concerned when I asked how much I over paid the month prior which started a snow ball effect. I saw an attornry and we can up with at least $400 of over payments which solid rock kept without notifying me since 2009. then she texted a promise of $61 in refund but two days later recieved $41 then 2 months later took check back saying its invalid and I owed her.her taunts and harrassment havent stopped.....she said the owner does not want to deal w taxes from idho housing and I would need to move...now she says the owner doesnt want to continue w idaho housing ....now she has turned around and recreated her billing statement (and states I cant use the prior one she gave me) and now says I owe her $185. the point is ive been an honest hard working single mother trying to become finiacial stable to better help my children and myself but she see's me as vulernable and is taking advantage of my income status and capablitiesDesired Settlement: I want to make sure I m given back all money owed to me, given a clean credit report (since this was 1st rental ive rented on my own) and I feel the stress and hardship she has caused me for months on end deserve a hardship payment.... I would like her to pay for my move as well

In regards to the accusation of Solid Rock Property or myself personalizing in anyway what so ever with the tenant [redacted] is a false statement. She came to me by reference from a neighbor. I processed her application and treated the situation and her as I do all prospective tenants without regard of her relationship to anyone I may have known. Unfortunately I did not make a specific notes of the times she called screaming and demanding. As a property manager for the unit she is renting thru Idaho Housing & Fainance I have maintained the unit and always complied with repair demands and requests. [redacted] has personalized my position as manager and thinks I care or have taken sides with her x boy friend, her accusations of break in, damage and theft are ludicrus. Over the course of her tenancy she has paid her rent for the most part on time and to my knowledge was not an issue until recently she has disputed overpayments and underpayments. She demanded a record of payment which I provided her and came back wanting more clarification which we provided. We throughly went back thru our deposit records from the date she entered her agreement to the current months. We have written documentation of all monies given Solid Rock Property Management from [redacted] and Idaho Housing. We do not owe [redacted] any funds, according to our records she owes Solid Rock Property Mgt $85.00 in past rent. During the time of this dispute over rent and security deposit etc. [redacted] became agressive and threating and quite honestly stalking my where abouts. I have text messages from her that that prove her obsession with this matter i.e. I was on vacation out of the country and she texted me saying she has proof and witnesses that I was at my home????? My assistant has witnessed her behavior. I have made absolutely NO threats towards her (there is nothing to threaten her about!). In February of 2013 IHA notified me that their payment process was changing, which in turn I relaty to my owners. At that time the owner of the property [redacted] is renting told me he did not want to continue a contract with any IHA tenants for personsal and financial reasons. Unfortunately the timing of this decision and instruction from my owner was during [redacted]'s dispute with me. She is on a month to month contract I gave her a verbal notice that this may occur well before the actual 32 Day Notice to Vacate was issued. I have been extremely coorerative with [redacted] and have given her an additional 15 days to vacate the property. I have certified all correspondence to IHA as well as [redacted]. Again, she has peronalized this and apparently believes that Solid Rock Property Mgt is out to get her.

I have read my landlords response and it sickens me to read. I have recordings for office visits, phone conversations, also a text pic mess sent from landlord w a pic from mexico stating "which u were here" sent to my telephone at 10:30 pm. I have documents showing I have asked for understanding on several issues that landlord made arise since jan 24 which she stated she will not respond too. I spoke with the owner who stated [redacted] said the paperwork with id housing is to much and so he let her make the decision with staying w id housing. [redacted] first blammed owner . I will fax and provide docs and such [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9529861, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
