All property in the unit was returned to the customer at the time of the appointmentWe are regulated by federal guidelines and must adhere to all federal lawsDue to California 3rd party laws, we cannot disclose the inventory of the property but we can say that all drug paraphernalia, explosives
(Lighters, alcohol, gas cans, lighter fluid, etc.) and perishables must be disposed of per our guidelines (B&P Code 7507.9)Thank you

After reviewing our records we do not show that we picked up any vehicles with your name on themAre you the registered owner?

I am rejecting this response because:I was never upset when picking up my thingsI was upset over the phone because they wouldn't release it to me until Monday and it was a FridayAfter saying they would release my ID and Checkbook and ATM card I went up there and caused NO issues because I understood the law and how they needed time to process everythingI never ONCE asked for my purse while at the place of businessWhen I signed for my things it was because they had everything in huge black bags that were tightly taped and heavyI had assumed that everything was in there because I am a good person and I always give people the benefit of the doubt before jumping to conclusionsThis has never happened to me before so I didn't know the parametersThe gentleman (Ken) even offered to carry the bags for me to the truck I was drivingI happily obligedIf I was so rude would they have done that? And I called IMMEDIATELY when I got home and noticed things were missingThat is when I was told I would receive a dispute letter and to fax it back to themWhich I didAnd never heard backAs for noticing more things were gone, yes, because I was in the middle of moving! As for the piggy bank, whether it's mine or my daughters has NO relevanceIt is OURSAnd I never said it had $dollars in it as her family had given her $bills and her cousin gave her $And as I went through the rest of the stuff I obviously recalled things that were still in my vehicle and that I hadn't put in my new place yet that have mysteriously disappearedI am not the bad person hereI have every call recorded as I work in a place that call records EVERY inbound and outbound callI will get those and have my attorney contact you since you can't seem to right the wrongs in this situationAlso, we would like the tape recordings from your place of business of my "behavior" while I was there on both occasionsThank youWe will be in contact soon

Please be advised that we are one of the largest repossession companies in the state of California with multiple offices. There is a likelyhood that there was a higher than normal call volume at the time frame with which you were attempting to contact us. Also it is only possible to redeem property...

after scheduling an appointment, as there is a fair bit of paperwork that must be filled out and sent to the office where the property is stored in order for you to redeem. We under no circumstances are holding your property, and it is in our best interest to get it back to you as soon as possible. As storing it costs, and we're required to store property for a minimum of 60 days in the state of California.

We are a repossession company and not a tow company, as a repossession company under the Business and Professions code 7507.9 we remove and inventory all personal effects. On 4-10-15 Mrs. [redacted] had called our office very upset wanting to pick up her purse and ID. Mrs. [redacted] arrived to our office in...

the afternoon asking for her purse and ATM card and ID. We advised Mrs. [redacted] that we would only be able to release her ID and ATM card per her financial company, Mrs. [redacted] was very upset and claimed her checkbook was inside of the purse. My lot manager advised me of the checkbook inside of a coach wallet, we pulled it out of the purse and returned it back to her without payment. Mrs. [redacted] was furious at this point demanding we return her purse, I arrived to the office at this time and spoke to Mrs. [redacted]. I advised Mrs. [redacted] that her purse would not be returned without payment; Mrs. [redacted] was upset that we had gone through her purse and personal belongings. I tried to explain the repo process but she did not care to listen, Mrs. [redacted] then made a statement and said my daughters piggy bank better be in there when I come back and the $25 I put in there better be there!  On 4-28-15 Mrs. [redacted] returned to pick up the rest of her property at 11am Mrs. [redacted] was given an itemized list of the property found in her vehicle. Mrs. [redacted] looked over the list and signed it, we gave her the property and she left. We received a call from Mrs. [redacted] at about 2:14pm claiming there was now property missing. Mrs. [redacted] stated there was a piggy bank that belonged to her daughter with about $45 dollars inside. Mrs. [redacted] then stated there was other property missing, when asked she just stated I don’t know but I know there were other things inside! I have talked to Mrs. [redacted] on the phone and the story of missing property continues to change. I have read the complaint sent to the Revdex.com and now there is a stereo missing and a passport and SS card missing. The story of the Piggy bank has also changed now she claims it was her Piggy Bank and not her daughters, and Many Many things missing? There was an Itemize list provided to Mrs. [redacted] when she picked up her belongings, Mrs. [redacted] read over the list and then signed the release form.   Thank You

No, my items were in the car the registered owner is [redacted], was able to get through to your company after having to call on a blocked number bc my number was...

blocked and having multiple hang ups and contacting multiple services and lawyers, even called local law enforcement who said they’ve been trying to contact your company but unable to get through bc multiple people have complained about this corrupt system/business. someone finally helped me with an appointment but now am getting charged fees for storing my items for “3 days” when I have been calling for 3 days to get my items back with no answer??? What is this system you have in place?? How are you going to be appointment only but make it impossible to make an appointment and then charge people bc you can’t answer a phone.

Im sorry, due to CA 3rd party laws I am unable to speak to anyone other that the registered owner that is listed on the account about these issues. [redacted] is not listed under any account that we have. Please refer to Business an professions code 7507.9.1 for the rules and regulations...

regarding storage of the unit. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:this do not fix my car and what you guys did to iy!!!

I'm sorry but since you're not the registered owner we are unable to speak with you about the account in question. You will have to have [redacted] contact us, as you are not authorized to make a claim on her behalf.

I am rejecting this response because: I had a religious item hanging on my mirror that was cut off and no where to be found. Also, not everything had been out in a trash bag, only selected items. When I called to get my vehicle I was told it needed to be processes, I asked if everything had already been paid for and I had the keys what "process" of gathering my items needed to be done when I only needed to pick up my vehicle? How did the company determine what items would be put in a garbage bag and what items would stay in the car? Also the unprofessionalism was not addressed, the employees were laughing at the customers and not being understanding at all. The company never followed up with me nor did they say a simple "we apologize." NOTHING was done by the company.

California state law requires us to remove and itemize personal property inside the vehicle as it is the responsibility of the registered owner to pay for and take ownership of said property. Not the financial company that owns the vehicle. Hense forth we are required to have personel to...

remove and securely store the property in secure facilities with alarms and security footage to ensure its safety. No property or money could have been taken from the debtor, all property would have been returned at the time of redemption, anything liquid, perishable, or flammable would have been thrown away, as listed in business and professions code 7507.9

I am rejecting this response because:I have 2 witnessed the repossession at the time that occurred and there statements will say that the driver took off with my son halfway out the car and the driver reversed the vehicle while my sons fiancé was in the trunk we can pursue this farther if u want

Hello,We repossessed the unit after the finance company alerted us to the unit being up for repossession. When we arrived, the RO's(registered owner) son was very hostile. He attempted to jump in the car and brandished a firearm at our agent. Our agent left the scene but did not drag anyone down the...

street. the RO's son was clear of the unit when our agent left. Upon returning to the yard we discovered that there was a snake in the unit, called animal control and turned the snake over to the Ontario CA Animal control. We do not transport the cars to auction as we are not a towing company, we are a repossession company. The RO's finance company is the one who directs a separate entity to take the unit to auction. We have no control over this process as we only hold the car for the finance company. Thank you.

Hello,Due to the sensitive nature of the information regarding this case and the nature of our business I cannot disclose a lot of information. The RO (Registered Owner) called in and asked if we had his release on Friday multiple times.  We spoke to him and each time advised him that his Lien...

Holder had not sent over the release. The Lien Holder called our office and sent over the release after 12pm PST. Our lot closes at noon exactly. The RO then called in an hour later and asked if the release was in. We advised him it was but that unfortunately the lot where his unit was at was closed. He then became verbally abusive and hung up on us. We attempted to explain to him that he would have to come in the following Monday to retrieve his car but he would not accept that. he was placed on hold to speak to a manager but hung up before he could.

Lol of course I’m not but I am not making a claim I am filing a complaint and actually I can on her behalf due to the fact that I am authorized to do so ??

Review: When my car was repossessed on December 23, 2014 I was fortunate enough to buy it back in time. However when I reclaimed my car, inside were several of my personal belongings, among them my School ID and my Son's jacket. If I had never reclaimed my car, I never would have seen these things again although this is their JOB to remove my belongings. And they failed. I was unable to get a hold of anyone the first week and when I did finally they told me I was not allowed to know where my things were being stored until I made an appointment. It was very difficult for me to make an appointment and keep it THE SAME DAY as required by them, when I had no idea how long it would take me because, again, they would not tell me where I would have to go. I am a single Mother, and some things are just not possible. I kept in touch with them, although time flew by with no real opportunity to schedule this appointment to go to an unknown location where my things were, I was nearing the 61 days until disposal of my belongings. When my Father passed away, I called them to explain and ask that I have a few more days. They told me my things would be held until March 1st. (call records available!). On the 64th day, I called and was now informed that my belongings had been disposed of on the 13th of this month, which would make it around 50 days. Then when I called them out on this fact, all of a sudden there story changes and they have no disposal date whatsoever except "60-61 days after" the day they took my car. When I demanded to know where my belongings were taken so I could attempt to reclaim them myself, they told me that they had taken my belongings and thrown them in the trash bin and so I could never recover them. Among my Son's car seat and a pendant necklace my Father gave my niece, they insist that they threw my Coach and Dolce Gabanna Sunglasses in a trash bin, despite their value. I am nauseated that after everything, and my consistent efforts to keep in touch. They lied to me. They stole my belongings!Desired Settlement: DOLCE GABANNA SUNGLASSES $630 AS SHOWN HERE:http://www.designeroptics.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=0DG4230_501_87... CARROL SUNGLASSES $179 AS SHOWN HERE:http://www.coach.com/coach-designer-sunglasses-carroll-sunglasses/L095.html... would also like the Inventory List I never received and a copy of their records which I have been denied.
