Hello,We repossessed the unit after the finance company alerted us to the unit being up for repossessionWhen we arrived, the RO's(registered owner) son was very hostileHe attempted to jump in the car and brandished a firearm at our agentOur agent left the scene but did not drag anyone down the streetthe RO's son was clear of the unit when our agent leftUpon returning to the yard we discovered that there was a snake in the unit, called animal control and turned the snake over to the Ontario CA Animal controlWe do not transport the cars to auction as we are not a towing company, we are a repossession companyThe RO's finance company is the one who directs a separate entity to take the unit to auctionWe have no control over this process as we only hold the car for the finance companyThank you
