If you are buying a home I would highly recommend this company, although I was not present at the inspection,my realtor was, he did an impressive job, his report is so detailed and easy to understandHe arrived on time, there was still a lot of snow around the property, and the current owner was present, but he still managed to carry out his job for me, I have nothing but praise, I have since contacted James to not only thank him, but to get some advice, and he responded quickly and honestly, thanks James you are a STAR

We had our home inspected last week by [redacted] and were very happy with his services. We found him to be very professional and through. He took time to explain to us how he was going to do the inspection and then took time to look at every detail that he could possibly access. He gave us a really good overview at the end of the inspection and then was very prompt in providing us with a copy of the written report. We would for sure recommend Solid State and [redacted].
