Solimar Wellness Spa

Purchased gift cards for my wife and two daughters for Christmas. Business now seems to be closed. No indication if there is any way to get a refund for the gift cards.

I have paid for a massage package with sessions remaining, have a gift card from my Sister for $100, and a gift card from my husband and kids for another $100.

No notice they were closing, they sold gift cards thru the holiday season. Yet, I went today 3/7/20 to use one of my massages in the massage package I already purchased and the business both at their Eagan and Bloomington locations are "permanently closed".

I would love to be refunded approximately $500 for these services that were paid for but not rendered by Solimar Spa. I have been going to Solimar for nearly a decade, and am very sad to see their doors close. I can't imagine why such a sudden closing, I relied on their services for relaxation and occasionally to get my hair done.

Please advise resolution on this matter.

In Dec 2019 I purchased $150 gift certificate for a special Xmas gift. I also received a $50 gift certificate at a different event to use; however, I attempted to schedule appointments to use them this weekend & the email I received back is that both of their locations are permanently closed. It says all employees are terminated & phone/email service has been shut off. No way to get a refund? For gifts that were literally just purchased! Terrible business practice.

I received an email from Solimar Wellness Spa this week indicating that they have closed all of their locations, that they have terminated their employees, phones and email is not in service and will not be answered. My husband and I have $250.00 worth of gift cards for Solimar Wellness Spa. They did not provide any contact information or any recourse information regarding gift cards in the email.
