It clearly states on our site that we cannot give out people personal email addresses. That would be a violation of the US can spam act. They must contact the customer directly for her to obtain the email addresses.Thank you,

Hello, We are an advertising company and sent out the customer's campaign.  They received over 5000 people to their site.  We cannot force people to convert or buy once they are on the customers site. Regards[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: We declined to have the business "rerun" our campaign and continue to do so because we DO NOT BELIEVE THEY DID ANYTHING IN THE FIRST PLACE.  I am not sure why this is so hard for [redacted] to understand.  The reason for our inquiry is that we believe [redacted] took our money and did NOTHING.  We believe this because [redacted] has GIVEN US NOTHING TO SHOW US THAT HE HAS DONE ANYTHING.  I will state again, ALL WE WANT IS ONE OF TWO THINGS.1. PROVE to us, SHOW us that you actually performed the services you sold us on.  This cannot be that difficult, just show us your work!  If you would have done this already then we would not be suspicious of you and your so called company.  If you just prove to us that you did what you said you would, which is MARKET TO OUR CHOSEN TARGET AUDIENCE, real actual email addresses of real people, we will drop this and move on.  ANY company in the world that performs ANY kind of service can prove they have done something.  WE WILL NOT JUST TAKE YOUR WORD FOR IT, THAT IS NOT HOW BUSINESS WORKS.  2.  REFUND OUR MONEY - If [redacted] cannot simply prove his work then we will continue to believe he is a SCAM and we DEMAND A FULL REFUND.

I am rejecting this response because: as I stated before, out of 5 million emails, I got zero optin.  You never sent me anything re: my ad or anything.  There is nothing more for me to say. You did not live up to your advertisement.
