[Your Answer Here]I was lived at this address since and I had my washer and dryer since then. My building was allow to have washer and dryer in the apartment. I can provide you proof from my building management office. The reason I purchased the new washer and dryer were because I was moving to a two bed room apartment and I want the new washer and dryer. I never advised the salesperson to repack both merchandise but the salesperson who's name is Yuan he said he can do that for my washer and dryer when I order my washer and dryer. I really don't know what's that mean. I don't know why the salesperson offer that but it doesn't matter to me anyway as long as I have my new washer and dryer. Also I would not know who's the driver at that time too. The only person I talked to was the salesperson. By the way, how can the driver repack both merchandise at the time of delivery? At the time of delivery, I was at work and my dad was the one who accept the delivery and let them enter to my apartment to drop off the merchandise. And I am sure that no one will move my washer or dryer at my apartment until we clean the kitchen and my husband wants to install the washer. I am also attached the pictures of the damage washer to you for viewHow can this damage can be done by our self, it is ridiculous.I really can not accept their responded, I only can say they make up the story which don't make sense at all.
