At this time, I have been contacted directly by Solo regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Review: I ordered a iPad case on Solo's website online 12.**.2014.

On 1.*.2014 I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order. Customer service ([redacted]) stated via email (the following day) that my order was processed and shipped. Solo was waiting for confirmation from their warehouse that my order was returned in order to resend. And that they couldn't deliver to a P.O. Box Address which I provided during payment online. I replied to the email stating that I never received a confirmation email that the product was shipped. Also that during payment I didn't receive an error message while paying for the product online in regards to my address. I asked for a refund. to date, Solo has ignored my request.Desired Settlement: Give me my monies back.
