We bought a car from this car dealer on ***. A week after 2 of the tires started losing air pressure and we thought they were losing air pressure due to the cold. But this week 3 of the tires continued to lose air pressure, so we took the tires to get checked and 2 out of the 4 tires were unsafe to continue to drive and the other two had extremely low tread. All four tires had to be changed out and we paid $***. We contacted the car dealer and they said they had taken it to a third party and they didn't have a chance to fix it themselves and would not be doing anything to compensate us back.

This issue has been resolved. We have reached an agreement with the buyer of the vehicle and gave him a discount based on a quote we got from one of our trusted tire shop. This complaint was filed by the buyers wife while we were coming to an agreement with the actual buyer; The problem arose due to the miscommunication between the buyer and his wife. We always look to help our customers in what we can: Even though there was an " As Is" contact, we considered their complaint and helped them by deducting part of the cost on the unpaid balance of their debt. We have been in business for more than 14 years and thrive on providing the best service possible.

This business "considered" our complaint only after I placed a bad review on their *** and several people commented and once they saw I was going to file this complaint. There was no miscommunication between my husband and I as they are stating. My husband and the business did come to agreement and we will never do business with them again.
