We had do google searches to find what outfitter we were to hunt with and whereThis was stressful and took the fun out of looking forward to a big tripHe hired a guy named Travis to suposidly help do some PR work because Steve was developing some poor reviewsTravis called months after the hunt and pretended to care but it was also obvious that he wasn't listening and wished he hadn't made the callWe hunt around the world and we do it oftenThis was the worst booking experience everNever again

The guy is a thief Before payment he's on the 'phone like a brother After he gets your money he's too busy to take any complaints I almost booked a double hunt with him Thank goodness I didn't The head guide was so bad, two of his guides said they would never come back to hunt It was a total rip off hunt I was grizzly hunting & the guide turned out to be a fishing guide filling in because they were short guides He told me he'll take the first shot at the bear & then I can shoot I told him he better have a license to tag it with because I wasn't using mine, if he shoots it When I called Famous Steve, the great white hunter, times, he was too busy to even talk to me Never took the second hunt with him for a big Moose Ask for references for sure

HUNTERS BEWARE OF STEVE’S OUTDOORS ADVENTURES!
Our group of hunters booked a Elk hunt through Steve’s Outdoors Adventures with R & K Outfitters in Utah We decided to go with R &K Outfitters as Steve’s Outdoors Adventures told us the following via email:
We would be the only group in camp (There were hunters total!)
We would be hunting on two ranches (We hunted on One seeing the same Elk day after day.)
We would be the first rifle hunters on the ranch (We were the second for the season.)
Most importantly, Steve told us the bulls would “average around 330” (When we were picked up by the head guide for our hunt, he informed us the bulls ranged from 240-and they had never shot a bull of that size on the ranch.)
After hunting with the guides, they all said that other hunters have said the same thing about Steve’s Outdoors! Although the lodging and food was great at R &K, none of us would recommend Steve’s Outdoors Adventures or R &K Outfitters to anyone***, ***, ***, *** and ***
