I am rejecting this response because:There was damage to the home I moved out of.  Repeated attempts to have this repaired, over 9 months, were unsuccessful.this company repeatedly assured it would be corrected, promised to provide updates and failed to do either.They are unprofessional, careless and unconcerned about customer satisfaction.  The fact they don't know the extent if damages incurred during my move says it all.
