I will not except paying Scott 1200 dollars for doing absolutely nothing and acting so unprofessional. Offering to let him keep $600 is offensive. I don't pay any man for [redacted]. He did nothing professional and incurred no expenses. Taking advantage of a single mother is no way to conduct any business. I will except nothing less than 2400.Miss [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] never made me a  purposal.  It has been 6 months of trying to get my refund. There were no materials that were involved but for the purpose of getting this resolve now, I will take the loss and pay Mr [redacted] 600.00 for his time. Half of the 1200.00. Total refund of 2400.00

Ms [redacted] asked us to inspect her roof and contact her insurance company about the hail damage. We completed the inspection and obtained approval of her insurance claim. Based on Solstad Exteriors work schedule Ms [redacted] asked us to refund the payment to her. We agreed to refund the payment to...

Ms [redacted] less our business costs.     Ms [redacted] asked her to inspect her roof 7/21/15 and contact her insurance company about the Hail Damage. We completed the inspection of the roof and obtained approval of payment from her insurance company in the amount of $11,500.00 (Give or take few dollars) on 7/28/15. After the insurance approval Ms [redacted] paid us $3000.00 With specific instructions to remove only the metal and make other minor  repairs to the roof. Based on our work schedule the would be completed in mid to late September 2015. Ms [redacted] was upset that the work could not be completed any earlier and asked for a full refund. I told Ms [redacted] that Solstad Exteriors would give her a refund, less the material and business costs of $1200.00 Ms [redacted] rejected the settlement agreement and we have not come to a agreement on the amount of the refund.     Solstad Exteriors will give Ms [redacted] a refund of $1800.00 with in 10 days of A written agreement, that the refund is FULL AND FINAL.   Any questions please contact me [redacted] Thanks [redacted] Solstad   Sent from my iPhone
