I wanted to take the time to thank Ashley for her assistance with helping us create our dream pool and spa We found http://www.poolandspadesigns.com/ online and used their service to take my hand drawings and turn them into a full set of certified engineered drawings that I was able to take to he City of Orlando and get permits to build our pool Once I pulled the permit I acted as my own GC and simply organized the different trades to come and do their specialties I had the hole dug, the rebar installed, the plumbing, gunite, tile work and electrical contractors all out one at a time to do their part and get the inspection I would recommend their service to anyone that wants to build your own pool and save money at the same time We are now enjoying our dream pool day and night look for pictures of our pool on their website

Exceptional customer service all around Ordering my pool part online was easy - PayPal checkout worked flawlessly A delightful flow of text messages as the delivery progressed When my part arrived, I found that my pool technician had also ordered the part so I needed to return Return Authorization process worked well - it required a phone call but my wait on hold was minimal and the customer service rep had been well trained Part returned Credit issued I'm a very happy camper

Every Spring we brace ourselves for the inevitable list of repairs When the in-floor, Ultraflex transformer and PCB board died, I thought, "This is going to be a pain And expensive." But AZ Pool Supplies not only carried both parts at fair prices, Jamie had detailed knowledge of their purpose and operation In order to confirm I had the correct transformer, she took the extra time to text a picture to me from the warehouse while I remained on the phone! I've never experienced that before She was knowledgeable and anticipated my questions as if she was the customer That's what blew me away! After realizing that a package was stolen off of our porch after delivery, I called Jaime at the office to explain the situation and get the info that I needed to file a claim She was so understanding and so refreshing to talk to, little did I know- was that she saved me so much trouble by just helping me to get the parts I needed and resolving my issue She went above and beyond my expectations, and really made it just so easy I appreciate this so much-customer service at its finest We have been a long time customer and will continue to do business with this company for life Thank youWords can't explain how wonderful this interaction was
We bought a home in Scottsdale a couple of months ago and found this store at the corner of Scottsdale & Shea It is not a large store, but they do have your basic needs All of the people that work there have very good knowledge regarding pool and spa care They also really know their pool equipment Their prices are good, much better than a well-known national chainThey also have a very good inventory of equipment parts, gaskets, etcI had accidentally been overcharged from a previous visit and was quickly refunded my money with a smileIt's the type of business and the kind of employees that you want to support
