I purchased two beds and paid in full for them on October8th and was told by the owner Jeff *** that they would call and would be delivered on October19thI hadn't received a phone call so I called the store and left a message that day asking for someone to call me back with statusNo one called do I called back later that day and was told they didn't have them and couldn't tell by me when they would come inSo I told the owner Jeff I would just like to have a full refund as weeks seemed like ample time for them to deliver.They have signs posted all over town they're having a truckload sale, looking back funny neither one we bought they hadHe told me he was working in the fields and soonest he could run the refund was on Saturday OctI received no credit back into my account so I went back into the store on Monday the 23rd to ask for a print out the credit was done only to find out it was never doneHe then said he would only give me back percent due to a restock fe
