Tell us why hereIt is a fact that the job was completed on April 23, All approved insurance work pertaining to the customer’s loss had been satisfied at that point, and all payments had been receivedThe radiator in the bath was working last we were there and does require yearly bleedingWe suggest the customer have the system bled. The carpentry sub had the right to change workmen as he saw fit, so long as work was performed in a timely and competent mannerAlthough nothing on the signed contracts dictated a one-year warranty, we made sure to address the implied warranty issues that this customer had regarding any aspect of work performed on this projectWe could not take legal action against the carpentry sub until several requests had been made to rectify its workmanshipThe work was then satisfied, as noted in the previous complaint response.A certificate of satisfaction was signed by the customer stating, “I hereby certify that such repairs and restoration to the subject premises performed by Solution Based Plumbing and Heating, Inchave been satisfactorily completed in a professional and workmanlike manner, and that the portions repaired by Solution Based Plumbing and Heating, Incare in good or better condition than existed prior to the above stated loss.? To the best of my/our knowledge and belief, no problems or complaints exist regarding such repairs.” We have since declined several other service requests for this customer and do not wish to work in her homeShe is difficult and always looking for something for freeThere had been no further issues until now regarding this project, and since the pedestal sink is sensitive to being bumped into we can only conclude that there was accidental damage through wear and tear (as there may be several children in the house)Accidental damage or lack of function due to improper use or care by customer to any fixtures or materials appropriately installed by us shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.? We issued a customer-signed change order, dated 2/26/for the switch from the vanity originally agreed upon to the pedestal sinkThis was a communication by subcontractor to contractorWe do not allow any subcontractor to make decisions on either the customer’s or our behalf, hence the change order protocolWe have not had callbacks in this quantity from any other customer, and consider this an isolated and unfortunate incident

Great firm. Timely, prepared and honest. Josh and his team are always focused on the task at hand and do not stop until the project or task is completed. I strongly recommend this firm.
