This company is the worst company I have ever dealt withExtremely unprofessional! They came to my home on 7/and decided that I needed a compressorThe part was ordered and was ready for pick up on 7/ I called on 7/29to let them know everything was ready and was told they would schedule installation on Monday the 1st because they were booked through the weekendI called on the first and was told they would call back the following day with an installation dateThey never calledI called times on the 3rd and they never answeredThey screen their callsI finally got a hold of someone (Malik) on the 4th after calling at least timesThey called me back on the 5th to schedule installation on the 9th between 10-Today is the 9th and they never showed upThey called to tell me they were finishing up the customer before me and they would head my way twice so I left work to wait on themIt is now 7:00pm and they never showed up and of course they are not answering their phone againThis is a terrible companyPlease take your money elsewhereI live in GA and the weather has been 80+ degrees and I have been without AC for weeks and Soultions heating and air does not care one bit
Filed claim for a/c not working on August 30 with 2-10 Home Warranty. Solution Heating and Air came out on August 31 to diagnose problem. Said needed new OEM board and it'd be 3-5 days to get the part. Fast forward to September 8, still no part. Solution HAS NOT CALLED ONE TIME to update. They haven't returned any v/m and are difficult to get in touch with. I'd say maybe 1 time in 10 when I call have I reached a live voice. Called Solution again this morning and spoke to Shane to express dissatisfaction and to ask when I can expect the repair. He invited to ask 2-10 for another contractor. This is after they collected $100 from me during the initial visit last month on the 31st. I let them know I have an infant at home who cannot sleep. They expressed zero empathy. I'm in Atlanta GA and we've endured highs into the 90's since this has been going on.

I finally got a hold of someone (Malik) on the 4th after calling at least 50 times. They called me back on the 5th to schedule installation on the 9th between 10-2. Today is the 9th and they never showed up. They called to tell me they were finishing up the customer before me and they would head my way twice so I left work to wait on them. It is now 7:00pm and they never showed up and of course they are not answering their phone again. This is a terrible company. Please take your money elsewhere. This is THEE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I mean from there very poor customer service to there lack of empathy and respect for there customers regardless if it thru a warranty third party warranty company. I was setup with them thru this warranty company to have them come out to fix my a/c, I had to leave work in the middle of the day for one just to wait around until they got there which was only an hour 1/2 after time stated btw 2p-6p, so guy arrives takes a look at a/c after about 20 mins determines that a board was burned out so a new part needed to be ordered, which I guess is understandable but an inconvenience at the same time, but ok he then stated that they will order part and he will schedule a day to come back out, ask was it possible that it could it be on the weekend because I work during the week mind this was on a Wednesday he stated that he didn't think the part would be in by this coming Saturday so ok fine how about next Saturday or which ever wkend following when part comes in, he stated that's fine, so to fast forward to the following week I received email two days ago from warranty company stating that this company will contact me to schedule repair in which they did the day before they were trying to come out, advised them that I will be at work and its hard for me to just take days off at the last minute, I also advised him that I told that to the guy that came out last week and said that was fine he would let the company know, then took my payment for service fee of $100 which I feel should have been paid once work was done, but ok at this point I'm speaking with one of the workers that answered the phone he stated that they can do Friday or Monday advised him that I was told the wkend was ok, he stated they were booked, asked to speak w/ manager, manager gets on the phone states there's nothing he can do in the most impolite manor after I told that the guy that came out said that he would put me down for the weekend and let them know, he said to me I'M TAKING BACK WHAT HE SAID, IM THE BOSS AND HE SHOULDN'T HAVE TOLD YU THAT, so I asked him is this how y'all do business, he then told me to have a good then hung up in my face, at this point I'm angry, so I gave myself a few mins to calm down then I called back first guy answer the phone again, advised him this was the worst customer experience I had ever had very unprofessional, not his fault so I told him to just schedule it for tomorrow I'll just have to figure something out but I WILL NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN he said ok then phone hung up on me. I then called back once again to make it was scheduled, he then stated that the phone accidently hung up I'm trying to stay calm once again, he stated I was allset and I should receive a 30 min courtesy call from tech prior to coming out I stated ok then concluded call. I just could not believe how they treat paying customer. then I really don't understand how they still have a business and how they can maintain an A+ rating w/Revdex.com they need to take into consideration customer interaction.
