Good afternoon ***, We recently received a letter in the mail that our company received a complaint via the Revdex.comThis complaint comes from a resident in a condominium association in which we are hired by Acri Property management to perform both landscape and snow maintenance servicesOur
office staff received a call and spoke with the resident a few days after a plowing and de-icing service and the call was returned promptly by management however the resident did not have a voicemail set up on their phone to leave a messageOn our third attempt to reach the resident we were successful and explained that the issue has been brought to the attention of the property management company and the HOA boardAfter discussion, the management company and HOA board notified the resident and explained to that Solutions Landscapes & Designs cannot be held responsible for unknown personal items placed on common grounds especially when the contractor is not aware of any items and in an area where snow is to be deposited (the end of the driveway). Though we sympathize with the resident for the loss of lights we cannot be held liable for something we were unaware of.
