Review: Used Solution Inn for an answer to a math problem for my Strategic Management coursework. Paid $1.99 twice and never received the answer or the requested refunds of $1.99 twice for a total of $3.98.

Immediately after that charge I received notice from my Credit Card company that my credit card had several items charged to it.

The charges were as follows:

$3824.08 at R & A Cycles in Brooklyn, NY

$ 341.84 at Central NIC Ltd. London md on-line

$ 18.95 at Microsoft (Washington) md on-line

$ 4.99 at JTI Twitch TV (Calif) md on-line

Also that week I received notice from Life Lock that the same credit card information is out on BLACK MARKET WEBSITES.

Solution Inn is a fraudulent site used to capture names, addresses and Credit Card info for use in other purchases.

They send emails to me with the following address:

Solution Inn | [redacted]

This company needs to be further investigated and the website should be taken down, they are con and scam artists, ad the only business they are in is "IDENTITY THEFT".

My desired outcome would be for their site to be taken down, a Scam Alert to be broadcast and charges pressed against the so-called owners of the business. In addition it be published in newspapers of cities where they are addressed on a prominent page in the papers of those cities.Desired Settlement: Refunds CC, An Apology and everything else I have stated above.

Review: On Monday June 2, 2014 I requested services from the Solution Inn Academic solutions. The deadline for my solutions/product was due on June 5, 2014 no later than 12:42 PM.I receive a notice from Solutions Inn on June 5, 2014 expressing that my product will be complete and provided to me via email within 12 hours. I would like to add this has already exceeded the deadline.I respond to the company that this situation needs to be rectify as I have already made my payment with expectations of receiving my product on time.Today, June 8th, 2014, 7:38 p.m. I have not received my product nor a response from anyone in Solutions Inn.This company has not honored their value statement of "customer satisfaction."Desired Settlement: Honoring the value statement and returning my funds for a product I purchased and did not receive would be appreciated
