This issue is already settledI have spoke to the customer and we have decided that when he has the apron fixed with new concrete we would fix the crack at the same time as the apronI don't understand why I keep getting this same information

I am rejecting this response because: The material is cracking/bubbling where the business made cuts in the concrete themselves and in other places, too, on the patio The other areas we had done to date aren't doing it and a different gentleman installed those, a young guy did the area that is defective As of now, I have called on 8/and 8/again and no response still Regards, [redacted] ***

I have been to the owners house several timesWe have repaired the apron on the garage floor which we do not warrantyWe can not control the concrete below the floor coating that we applyThe problem is the concrete itself is crumbling which makes the coating crumble and discolorI have spoke to the owner in the past and explained this to himNow I will repair one more time in warm weather But the customer needs to understand the concrete issues itself and have the concrete apron replaced with new concrete from a concrete contractor then have the apron recoated [redacted] Solutions For You,Flooring

Business came today right after I responded to you that they hadn't returned calls They claim they will fix the problem....*** ***

Yes,I did talk to *** ***I told her what to use for rustCLR and xylene both are at any hardware storeXylene is is the paint areaI olny recieved on voicemail and emailI did talk to the sales personIf she can not getbit clean with xylene then I will come out and address the area
She can call me at ###-###-####

We did stop out and look at the patioIt is cracking where we told the owner it would crackThis is not under warranty where she wanted concrete joints filledI told her I would go ahead and take care of it for her, but it would be a while before I could do anythingI forwarded the owners
information to my installation FormanHe will be in touch with her to schedule a time to sawdust cutting some lines in the patio

***' comment that he only received one phone call from me is not accurateI left him additional voice mail messages which he never returnedI also left voice mails with the salesman which he never returned As I stated in my complaint, I tried CLR and it didn't work I was also unable to find Xylene in the paint department at hardware stores As I am an asthmatic and Xylene is quite toxic, I do not feel comfortable using this product I will call *** and ask him to send someone to my home to remove the stains and reseal the surface before winter; if needed If he refuses because I haven't tried the Xylene, I will update this complaint within the days required.
