Have you heard from the company? YesAre you satisfied with the company's efforts to resolve this matter? NoIf not, please explain.Virgil Statz called me on December 5th and left a very angry voice mail (which I of course saved) In it, he acknowledged receipt of both my certified letter (which he ignored) and the communication he had received from the Revdex.com He basically told me that he is not giving me any money and that the work he did on my home was "just fine." He also told me that he is an LLC, so good luck getting any money from him.I am dissatisfied because Virgil did not acknowledge any of the specific things about which I complained and have evidence, he totally denied any poor worksmanship when CLEARLY it exists, and he does not seem to care about the damage done to my home as a direct result of his negligence It seems as if he called me to argue rather than to be accountable and solve a problem that he caused.When I get home from work today, I am going to look at the checks I wrote to Statz Services, LLC, and see whether I might have any recourse with how they were cashed; whether they can be linked to him personally maybe I'm not sure how to go about suing an LLC, or seeing what sort of assets the business has that can be garnished, but it is clear that Virgil is not willing to be reasonable Any further assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated! I rate this company a F.
They replaced a back flow precenter on irrigation and charged me $ 255,00
All they needed to replace was the center plastic washer.
They take advantage of women.
Run from this company!
I called them and wanted a breakdown of these charges I have yet too hear back from the father and son company.
The date of service was done on: 7/5/16
I will Never call this company if I need plumbing repairs again.
