*** *** a year old client came in with her father on 4/2/with one of our stylist Emily. She was looking for a highly pigmented red/violet color and Emily did the consult and quoted her the $price and her father confirmed the price was acceptable and Emily performed the
treatment. At the time of application Emily advised the client on proper care of this color and how it is a necessity to purchase a professional shampoo and conditioner to maintain proper care for this color that she chose. Emily placed a shampoo and conditioner at the desk to show *** what she recommended blut advised her that she may purchase any professional shampoo of her choice but it must be professional because of the color that she choseIf she did not use the proper products she would experience extreme fading. On April 7th, *** called and said that her color was fading. At Solutions we have a day policy that we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with your service. We had *** come in on April 7th with Emily so that Emily could see hr hair to determine the issue. At this time Emily's professional opinion was that she did not use the proper products and after speaking to *** she confirmed that she only purchased the conditioner and that she was not using the correct shampoo. *** told her father who brought her in that day and he said that Emily would have to speak to *** mother. The reached her bly phone and Emily explained to her mother the same thing. Her mother said that *** was not told any of this. Her mother was not present the day of the services and Emily did explain everything thoroughly that day to ***. Emily left *** while she was speaking with her mother for her privacy. Since we do want our clients to be satisfied and it was within the seven day time frame, Emily went into the color room to mix up the toner she was going to place on her complimentary. When Emily came out *** and her father had left the salon. Unfortunately, now time has passed and we will be unable to resolve the problem complimentary. We also do not feel that a refund is due since it was the clients neglect that caused the color to fade. She was informed of proper care and chose not to follow it. It is unfortunate that they left that day without talking to Emily

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWhat they are saying is not correct due to the fact that she wanted to recharge me to add toner to my hairAlso the statement that she informed me that there would be extreme fading is not true she only recommended the shampoo and conditioner however I was not told nor advised that not using professional product would result in extreme fadingIt is very disappointing that they will own up to their mistake and try to blame meFinally I would like to restate that Emily did not put in an effort to resolve my hair problem while we were in the salon she just claimed that it would cost $more to fix it which me and my father did not think was reasonable because it was not our fault therefore we did leave their salon after since no progress was being made to resolve the situation.?
