Hello Revdex.com,We are sorry to learn the client is not satisfied with his experience at Prestige Motors.
The client came in to purchase 2 Sprinters and a GLE350 on Saturday 2/27/16 and was scheduled for delivery for 1 Sprinter and GLE350 on Monday 2/29/16. We informed him on Monday...

that the GLE350 was an ex-demo with about 2800 miles on it and the lease contract also reflects the demo mileage. He was also informed by the product specialist when reviewing the options in the car. We recognize that there was quite some waiting time and apologize for this. We were able to cancel the GLE and credited his credit card, but the client took delivery of the Sprinter and signed all legal documents.
There is nothing remaining that we can do.

30,000 mile standard Service. RE:     Complaint by Mr. [redacted]   To Whom It May Concern:             Please accept this letter in response to the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted].  As is set forth in the complaint, Mr. [redacted] is Mr....

[redacted]’s (the customer’s) father.  Initially, Mr. [redacted] is an adult and Mr. [redacted] has not presented a Power of Attorney or other documents authorizing him to act on Mr. [redacted]’s behalf.  Moreover, Mr. [redacted] has omitted key facts from his complaint.  Critically, Mr. [redacted] accompanied his son to the Prestige Mercedes-Benz dealership on March 11, 2016.  Several dealership employees, including Sales Manager [redacted], Salesperson Brandon Monastersky, and Finance Manager Kristin Mascola, can all verify Mr. [redacted]’s presence at the dealership that day for several hours.  The same individuals can confirm that Mr. [redacted], was not behaving in an unusual manner at any time during his visit to the dealership.  Mr. [redacted] was at the dealership for approximately three hours (not 30 minutes), and Mr. [redacted] was with Mr. [redacted] for the majority of his visit to the dealership, including when Mr. [redacted] looked at cars, selected a car to test drive, and signed a lease.  Mr. [redacted] left the dealership while Mr. [redacted] was completing the finance paperwork.  Incidentally, while completing the finance paperwork, Mr. [redacted] called his father for credit card information to obtain insurance coverage for the vehicle, which Mr. [redacted] provided.  Contrary to his father’s representation, Mr. [redacted] was qualified to purchase the vehicle, and had a prior car loan in good standing.                Mr. [redacted] visited the dealership approximately one week and again seven weeks after the lease was signed to report that his son was a “drug addict,” had been in several car accidents, and was in rehab.  Mr. [redacted] asked Prestige to terminate the lease based on these facts and take the car back.  Mr. Aydin had not provided a valid reason to terminate the lease.  Prestige  examined the car and informed  Mr. [redacted] of the approximate price differential in order for Prestige  to accept back the vehicle, having been in 2 accidents.                  Mr. [redacted] now claims that his son is bi-polar and in a psychiatric hospital, and that his son was “manic” at the time he signed the lease.  He also claims his son could not afford the car.  Mr. [redacted]’s claims beg the question as to why he himself accompanied his son to the dealership and fully participated in and approved of a lease transaction.  At no time during the transaction was there any evidence presented to Prestige’s employees indicating that Anthony was without the presumed capacity to enter into a contract, and his father never indicated any issues either.   Please let me know if you require any further information to close this complaint.
