Applied for at home logistics job. After 31 days haven't received payment like discussed.
I received a call from a job I applied to on ***. They said they was a logistic company by the name of expert genius. After farther research the job that I actually applied for name was Horse Match intl. I applied on 3/8/2020 received the call from expert genius on 3/12/2020. They made me sign a contract and that after 31 days I will receive payment for the job. The job required packages getting delivered to my home, I would check them take pictures upload information to site then ship them back off. I did this 3 times within the 31 days. On the 31st day with was 4/13/2020 my account on the site would not let me login. I can't get in touch with anybody. No payment of anything. I was supposed to receive $2505. They said I would fill out a w-2 after the 31 day trial period but no contact or anything.

Desired Outcome

I would like to not do any other business with anyone else.

Do not use this company they are doing credit card fraud. They use you address to send you packages with other people credit card information. Then send you a new label to send the products to a other recipient. While you are on a suppose to be 30 day trail once its time to pay you they disable the control panel you use through there fake company so you no longer have access. I never got paid.

The company hasn't compensated me after working for them for 31 days, it was supposed to be a trial period, they said; but I never got paid.
The contract said that I would be compensated after my first 31 days trial period for the company. it made sense to me, because they called it a trial period. Most jobs you get paid in like 3 weeks after first starting anyway because you come at the wrong time of the pay period. Anyway's they never compensated me and left me hanging. I spoke with two different voices over the phone to, it was a man and a woman. I forgot the man's name, but he sounded Latino/Hispanic and the lady I spoke with sounded foreign, not sure what country though, but she was who I corresponded with after the guy offered me the position he claims I responded to on indeed. The lady's name was Kate F, and I spoke with her numerous times.

Desired Outcome

My compensation

Fake website offering fake jobs. Wasted a month of my life.

The company IRT, Intelligens REM Temptationis HR Department had a huge online presence and hired me as Manager-Inspector of logistics control. on Aug.. 13-2017. On the application they asked me to put my ssn.

The company provided me with an employment contract and asked me to sign it and to add my picture ID. and within three days I began receiving packages in the mail.

My job was to open , inspect and inventory the packages, and then ship the merchandise to an address provided by the company.

The merchandise I have received and shipped does not have my name on box, only my address. but the shipped label has my name and my address, but different phone number.

All shipped labels was directed to the same person and same address. I stopped to receive any packages, all of them have been returned to the sender.
Account_Number: Employment Contract

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would like them to honor my contact by paying me my first check of $3225.00.

Applied for a job at home Logistics Manager, was hired and given instructions as to the job, when the first package arrived the name on the package was not mine but it had my address on it. The next day I tried to call the phone number from the website and was told that it was not in service, sent an EMAIL to company saying I was not comfortable with this type of arrangement and I would be sending the one package back to them and to not send me anything else because I will refuse to delivery

Desired Outcome

Not applicable I do not want anyone else to accept job from them because I believe it's a scam.

This company purchases products and merchandise using either stolen or unauthorized credit cards. They are involved in fraudulent activity.
I applied for a Home Based Inspector job on indeed.com. A few days later I received a call from this companies HR dept for a phone interview. I was then advised to go to the company website https://intelligenstemptationis.com/ and apply there also. The next day I received emails that I have been hired and to sign and return the attached employment contract. Once they received my signed contract, I was given log in information for the companies control panel. This control panel lists descriptions of merchandise to be inspected along with tracking information. I first received multiple shipments of packing materials to my home, boxes of different sizes, bubble wrap and lots of packing tape. I them started receiving merchandise to my home to inspect and I was given instruction on how to complete the inspection by my manaager Scott Tolbert. His email is [email protected].
I then started getting pick up inspections at the actual stores. It was then that I went to pick up a order for inspection when I was escorted by police and advised this order was placed using a unauthorized credit card and that this is fraud activity. I am now probably facing fraud charges for a job I thought was legit. My contract advised that I get my first pay after a month of work, which is to include a full month of pay. I am thinking I probably wont get paid from this and have to deal with the legal chaos of this scam job.

Desired Outcome

I want this fraudulent company to no longer be able to conduct this type of business , I also want innocent job seekers like myself to warned and aware of the business practices. I would also like to be cleared of all the legal burdens I have been placed in.
