They sell these heat packs that are supposed to be reusable for about a year. You heat them and they liquify into warm liquid for muscle care from shoulders, arms, hands. I purchased a kit for 40 dollars at a *** about a year and a half ago. I used the should pack twice and then solidified after I followed the instructions for it to reheat so it could be used. I emailed the company and no response.

Refund I spent 40 bucks on this, some of it is the money the other is the integrity of the company and product. They don't seem to have any

Somneone called me and left a message. When I returned the call there was no answer. I also left a message and have not heard back.
