We contracted with SomaComm and *** Shackelford ($5k) to provide PR and social media services for the launch of our coalition in April Contract deliverables were never fully completed and *** has never responded to requests for a $1K refund on the contract and return of the large step-and-repeat banner we had custom printed for the event and will need for future useI have contacted *** a dozen or more times, via phone and email, over the past monthsI have occasionally gotten a response from *** or one of his employees, but no follow up when I have requested final resolutionAt one point he apologized and said he had had a death in the family and would resolve everythingHe then went silent againOn 6/17/I got a response from a SomaComm employee who told me the banner would be delivered to me that weekI never recei
