I was placed in [redacted] shelter for the second time to the [redacted] team a San Diego California during that time I was told I had to put my money into a savings account or pay so that I have money to move into an apartment so I did exactly that based on the [redacted] team suggestion every since then I've been having nothing but regret of dealing with the organizer ink to they don't respond to my request when I need to apply for an extra money to be reimbursed because of phone that I've been paying out of my pocket any Bill hotel bill because of the weather I'm homeless I cannot even get them to tell me my balance on my savings account they won't give me any information they won't fall with me any money they have not compelled with they own advertisement as far as paying your bills paying your rent helping you find a place to live I've been insulted by customer service on their phone that hung up on me when I've tried to get them to understand I cannot live on $a week $a month out of I think that's not right and I asked him to increase and they refused I'm canceling my service with them on file the paper with my doctor who agrees that I'm saying to carry for my own money again and I went to Social Security with that letter they're faxing to my doctor was so forth I don't want to have a problem getting my money back out of this account because it won't even tell him I balance they told me I need to calculate it myself and their account and was not available so can you please help me with this problem I will really do need to hear back from you at mylife.com not the phone number I need the sent to my email I have asked for a few months for E-mail to keep up with my moneyNow I never needed a peeyee until I had to stay in the shelter

2/10/17Re: *** *** *** *** *** is a Social Security recipient who was referred to our Federal and State Representative Payee services by a physician. She is on a fixed Social Security Income. This client receives two incomes from Social Security. We receive one, and she receives the other. She currently chooses to be homeless and receives $per week based on the money we receive. The money we send includes housing and personal expenses.If she would like to move into a facility, which we would like her to do, we will pay her rent to the facility and give her weekly spending money.To date, we have not received any bills from this client. She refuses to send the bills. We cannot pay a bill, if she does not send it to us. We do hold a small amount of money, on reserve, for when she finds a place to live, or when she sends in the bills. Currently, based on her income, and the money we send to her weekly, we are only saving $per month. To resolve this complaint, we can increase the client's money $per week. We will not be saving any money, for her phone bill, for future housing, or any unexpected emergencies.If the client chooses another payee to handle her income, we will follow Social Security guidelines, sending her money back to Social Security with a complete accounting, as usual.Please feel free to call if you have any additional questions
