The consumer in question is not a customer of mineI have never entered into any contractual agreements oral or otherwise with this person or any person when concerning purchasingWe are a repair business and do from time to time buy used and broken product in exchange for purchasing our product that we refurbishSaid consumer must be confused on our policy and did not want to purchase anything we had for resaleWhen re-attempting to explain this policy the consumer and his spouse became verbally abusive in my place of businessthey even harassed me at a neighboring business while attempting to get a haircutThe consumer is perfectly able and capable or seeking out another business to buy his merchandiseI was never in possession of his merchandise and if said consumer feels I have a contractual agreement with him I challenge him to show me any proof of said contractIf every person could just say "we had an verbal agreement" and just extort funds from businesses it would make it impossible to do business AgainI was never in possession of his product and if the consumer still has his laptop he is in my opinion perfectly able to take his business elsewhereto suggest that he should be given funds when I have not received anything from him is puzzling at the leastLastly even if I were willing to do business with this individual him and his spouse are extremely rude, verbally abusive and cursed at me repeatedly in front of their childrenThat is not something I want in my place of business ever!
