At approximately I ordered Carne Asada Nachos and Carne Asada friesmin later I recieved my food and I notice there was pieces of meat on my Carne Asada fries and on the Carne asada nachos I also notice there was a pieces of meat and the beans were cold also the meatI went back and talk to the supervisor that was working named AlmaShe accused me of eating the meat and she put my carne asada fries inside the microwave to hest up my meat when I clearely told her I wanted a fresh food on both ordersShe refuse to give fresh order and refuse to give my money backShe gave me a poor customer service and not satisfy of her action

Review: I bought a burrito today and when I opened it there was a quarter inside the burrito. When I complained no manager was available, the cashier was rude to me, and the cooks in the kitchen were clearly laughing at me. I believe the coin was intentionally put in the burrito as a joke by one of the cooks.Desired Settlement: I want both cooks who were working at 10 am on 12/3/2013 to be terminated immediately for placing a foreign object in to food served to customers.

I want the company to contact me and for the employees responsible for this to be terminated. I have contacted Sombrero via their website but have to heard back from them. I don't want money or free food, I just want to speak to someone who might actually care.
