Here is the menu you requested, as you can see it does not limit flavors , and that's what we were told and ordered from this menu for ladies night. What I really want is an Apology for how the management handled the situation and free meals valved at eachWe spent alot of money on food and drinks to be treated badly by the managementAnd I recently heard that the owner was in the restaurant that night Thanks [redacted]

Sincere apologies for the confusion with our drink specials The consumer was only charged the happy hour price after the bill was brought to my attention, the adjustment was made to her ticket that night and she was not overcharged We have already started design on our new menu to give customers a clearer understanding of the drink specials

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: On the front of his ladies night menu, there are no flavors listed so therefore the watermelon could not be excludedAlso the Manager never checked on our table all night until the disagreement about the bill, he may have been at his Friends table where he was complaining about us, but he never came over and asked us if everything was alright all night. Also he did take $off my bill for the drinks, but the drinks were only to be $originally since they were $And if he has changed his menu, he just did it because I have picture of original ladies night menu fr5om that night
Sincerely,

First of all I would like to express my gratitude for allowing me to respond to the accusations made towards me and my establishment.  With that said, I would like to start by saying that our number one priority has and will always be our customers.  I understand that excellent customer...

service is crucial to the prosperity of my business, therefore I would never intentionally jeopardize that.On October 1, 2016, I was called to Ms [redacted] table after my waiter had already explained to her why her ticket was at $19.25.  When I first approached the table Ms [redacted] claimed that our advertising was misleading and that the watermelon margarita was not listed on the menu as a different margarita.  I proceeded to show them on the menu, where it advertised our House and Flavor margaritas only as part of our ladies night special and then pointed out the list on menu that shows which flavors are included; Watermelon is not one of the flavors included on that list.  I explained to them that they were drinking a Top Shelf margarita just like the one listed on another page of the menu.  We have a picture of this watermelon margarita with a note describing it and in that description the words "top shelf" are used.  On the table we also have a sign that advertises the watermelon margarita and it also states that this is a top shelf margarita.  After this was explained to Ms [redacted] she mentioned that the waiter had told them this margarita was also included in the ladies night special.  Even though my waiter denies such claim, I understand that I have to give the customer the benefit of the doubt, and I immediately apologized for the mistake on our part.  I proceeded to fix their ticket, but Ms [redacted] still seemed unsatisfied.  Another lady that was with Ms [redacted] approached another table across the restaurant and begin to tell those customers how ladies night was a "fraud".  I found that very disrespectful on their part, although she claims that I was the one that, "Proceeded to go to every table and complaint about them and their grievance about the bill to the other customers".  As a manager, one of my duties is to "walk the floor" to approach tables and make sure everything is ok, just like I did with them throughout the night.  Sometimes when I approach my customers, naturally we exchange a couple of words, but never is bashing other customers included in that small talk.  That would be unprofessional, unethical, and completely unnecessary on my part. This is the best of my recollection of that night.  I hope to have answered all the pending questions and if there is anything else, please contact me.  Since this unfortunate event, I have made changes, for example:  I have made sure my wait staff is educated on the subject of ladies night and any other special event we may host, so that they are able to educate the customer on our specials.  We are currently working on making some changes to the menu so that there are not future misinterpretations.  I too have learned from this experience and hope to avoid any future conflict.  Thank you very much for your time and your cooperation.God Bless,[redacted] HerreraSombrero Mexican Grill

Sincere apologies for the confusion with our drink specials.  The consumer was only charged the happy hour price  after the bill was brought to my attention, the adjustment was made to her ticket that night and she was not overcharged.   We have already started design on our new menu to give customers a clearer understanding of the drink specials.

Here is the menu you requested, as you can see it does not limit flavors , and that's what we were told and ordered from this menu for ladies night. What I really want is an Apology for how the management handled the situation and 10 free meals valved at 15.00 each. We spent alot of money on food and drinks to be treated badly by the management. And I recently heard that the owner was in the restaurant that night.     Thanks [redacted]
