We would be glad to refund this customer her money. We absolutely have terms and conditions on BOGOs.  Unfortunately the computer is not capable of putting on the receipt. As the only condition we ask that the malicious on-line reviews be removed and agreed to not put up again.

This will be done 1st the in the morning.

Review: I paid to have my car washed at this company and their car wash machine damaged my car, scratched the paint and punctured my front light. This is also a new car- 2013 Lexus RX 350.When I showed the manager, he cursed me out and threatened to punch me if I didn't leave his facility.Upon reviewing this business on the web, I found posts by many unhappy customers.I would like to have the repair for my vehicle reimbursed ASAP.Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursement for the repair.

[redacted] came to the car wash on March [redacted] 2014. The damage to his car had very obviously happened somewhere else. There is no equipment even capable of the damage claimed and paint from a previous car accident surrounded the damaged area.

It is extremely common to notice damages after a car is cleaned. Unfortunately sometimes when a customer notices damage for the first time they automatically blame the car wash.

After trying to explain to [redacted] that this damage physically could not have happened at the car wash he became irate and began screaming and yelling. I asked him numerous times to stop shouting and threatening me. He then called the police and left before they came.

In no way did anyone ever threaten to punch [redacted] even though he was making similar threats himself.

We certainly understand how frustrating it can be when you find damage on your car however you shouldn't just blame any business you happen to be at when you notice.

I believe this customer actually thinks this damage was caused by the car wash.

It just wasn't.

The car wash caused the damage. If they continue to deny and not provide reimbursement (the repair will cost $350), I will have no choice but to file a claim against them in small claims court.

Review: On January [redacted] I purchased a "bogo ultimate" car wash. I paid 47.24 for a car wash I redeemed that day and had another ultimate car wash I could use any other day with no expiration. Today, January [redacted] at approx 10:30 AM I went to redeem my second car wash. I was told by one of the workers that they could not do the ultimate car wash today because it way "too busy" and that I could pick any other car wash, but I would have to pay for it. I explained to the guy that I had already paid for a car wash with their bogo promotion. He refused to listen and told me I had to purchase a lesser car wash. I told him I wasn't paying for anything, as I had already paid and I wanted the service I am entitled to. Their were 2 men vacuuming the car while this conversation was going on so I told them to stop and I will take my car elsewhere. I could not back out to leave due to the line behind me so I told them I will leave my car here on the line. One of the managers came out (I didn't get his name, probably mid 40's, bald white man) and came up to the car and said I could not back out due to the line that was behind me. He told me if I wanted a car wash I could pick any other wash and pay out of pocket today and save my voucher for another day. I told him I wanted the service I paid for, which is the most expensive car wash they sell, not a cheap full service wash. I told him again I was not paying another dollar. He told me he will give me a free exterior car wash where I told him I did not want anything for free, I wanted what I paid for. To keep the line moving they brought my car through and gave me an exterior wash. On the receipt it does not have any restrictions as to when I can redeem my second wash. I want my money back for the service I paid for and was refused. I also want some guys car wash to not have promotions they refuse to honor, or they should write on the voucher the limitations as to when it can be redeemed.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I want some guys to stop advertising promotions that they do not honor, or they should have the limitations written on the receipt given.

Review: Someguys car wash offered customers a "Buy One, Get One Half Off" and I purchased on 5/*/15. The second car wash could be used anytime with no expiration. My girlfriend, [redacted], walked in today 5/**/15 to use that already purchased car wash and she was refused because it was "too busy", and she had to purchase another type of car wash service and pay or else they couldnt help her. The people working outside just left her car parked on the side saying they cant help, or even pull the car out because it is too busy. The management offered nothing and said that's it, "you have to wait to get the car out or you can buy the wash". She ended up paying for another car wash out of pocket. This is an illegal practice. Nowhere they stated you can use the half-off car wash you bought can only be used in a select date. They did not accept the prepaid car wash and forced her into purchasing another one.Desired Settlement: Refund all car washes, and pay a settlement for false advertising.

This customer purchased a buy one get one 50% off package and was given 1 of those washes on the day of purchase. The next day the customers girlfriend came to redeem the voucher. Under normal circumstances this would not be a problem. Unfortunately on this day we had some staffing issues and were not able to do our top washes. We explained to customer that she could use the voucher any other time just not that day. She agreed and paid for a lesser wash, keeping her voucher. Shortly after her car was finished we received a call from the boyfriend saying we forced his girlfriend to buy a wash. We certainly do not agree with that however we promptly and immediately refunded her money. Shortly after this customer left we received an online complaint that was absolutely overstated and like this complaint filed by a person who was not even present at the time. We would gladly refund his initial cost even after we have now washed his car on 2 occasions. Our only conditions would be he remove the online complaint on [redacted] and withdraw complaint with Revdex.com. The business failed to inform the customer of the restrictions when purchasing the voucher that they will not be able to redeem on a busy day. This is unacceptable. On the other hand they took her car and parked it on the side and ignored her request to let her take the car out. She was told to wait till the line is empty. The line stretched outside the lot on the road. Then she was directed to go inside and speak to the management where the management informed her she has to pay for a wash. Their actions forced the customer to buy a wash to get the car out.This is an illegal practice, and I want the consumers to be aware of this practice. If she wouldn't have called me I would not have taken this action and it is highly likely there are several consumers forced to buy a wash in a similar way. I am not going to remove the feedback on [redacted] or retract my complaint on Revdex.com. I will be reaching out to other agencies. Good day.
