Somerset at Madison

We live in Sommerset Apartments at Madison part time We stay during the school week during the school year and have a lake house for our down timeWe have kept this apartment for over a year When we moved in we were told we could keep our camper there There was no space in the official camper lot so we asked to place it right next to this lot We were given a verbal ok We placed the camper in the same spot and it has stayed there for year This summer while we were gone, they had it towed without communicating with us in any way We could have moved the thing back to storage or to one of our other properties if we had been told there was a problem, but they just stuck a sticker on it and when we didn't respond to the sticker they towed it Of course, how could we know about the sticker since we were gone? We got back for the school year and it was just gone We placed it where we were told to place it by staff when we moved in and they towed it while we were gone Sin

I was charged for 16,gallons of waterIn the approx months that I have lived here I have never used this amountI have communicated with *** ***, *** and *** *** in regards to this matterThey stated that they could not help me that I would have to call conservice a third party utility company somerset uses to get creditI called conservice and they stated that it seemed to them that we had a bad meter or a water leak and they would strongly suggest having somerset look into it *** *** I spoke with *** *** to see if we could get on a three way call and she told me I was being unprofessionalon asking for this requestI also asked her why I was being charged for so much and why they are not concerned about a possible water leak or bad meterShe explained to me that it was due to being under charge
