[redacted] the owner of precision auto masters is claiming he didn't notice that the rack and pinion was leaking after he touched my carWhen we first spoke he asked me what was wrong with the car and I specifically told him that the belt was new just needed to be put back on, the pulley popped off, the return hose, the pump and the rack and pinion all needed to be fixedSo in all honesty there is no excuse for him not fixing the rack and pinion when he first touched my carMy first thought why is he going based off of what I said instead of as a mechanic checking for the issue himself? Yes I was referred by my father to [redacted] not because he did payment plans but because I was told his work was goodHe asked me plenty of times if I could get ahold of my brother and talk to him and try to get the last payment he owed himWhatever happened between him and my brother is their businessI am a different customer and as a business owner that issue should have stayed between them and should have not been brought up to meSo him bringing up the fact that my brother and him had issues shows he has a grudge towards him and is taking it out on meI am not one to screw anyone over and I was going to keep paying him until all of this happenedWhen we were told the car was fixed and it wasn't we tool it back the following day to one of [redacted] s other shopsI spoke to the mechanic that was on duty and explained to him everything that happened and told him I don't think [redacted] changed the rack and pinion and that was one of the main things I told him needed to be changed he said he would check it and call me later that day to let me know what the issue was but I never got a call backThe next business day I called and spoke with the mechanic and he himself told me he doesn't know how they didn't see the rack and pinion was messed up because as soon as he turned to wheel after putting the power steering fluid it started gushing everywhere that's not something that wasn't noticeableI told him I knew that it was the rack and pinion that's why I don't understand why [redacted] didn't fix it the 1st time why did he still give me the car claiming it was fixed when it really wasn't he told me he would call [redacted] then call me back in a few minutesHe called me and told me that [redacted] was at an appointment and said for me to call him laterWhen I finally got in contact with [redacted] he asked if I was going to make another payment I told him yes but asked when my car was going to be ready he finally told me that he was waiting for a payment so he could get the parts In his words he said "well its because I like to get a payment first to but the parts" so that shows that he lied and held the car for another week never touched it because he wanted a paymentwe were never told that's how he was going to workhe never mentioned that he wanted a payment first in order to work on the car which makes no sense if he supposedly fixed my car when he first picked up the car and was not given a payment until after the car was given back to usThat's when I spoke to my husband and let him know exactly what was said by [redacted] [redacted] is claiming that my husband call and was being rude which is a total lie I know because myself and his mother were actually in the room while he was on speaker my husband and [redacted] argued because he insisted to get a payment to get the part and start working on our carMy husband did not agree because [redacted] was trying to charge us another dollars just for the rack and pinion and he stated that wasn't even including the labormy husband told him why was he over charging us when the part at autozone is plus tax [redacted] got very upset when my husband told him that and responded with "well if you don't like it then go and get the part yourself!" my husband told [redacted] that he was being very unprofessional and that he has never heard of a mechanic shop that worked on a car as you payevery other mechanic shop like midas or firestone works and fixes your car then gives you a bill for parts and labor when the car is fixed and handed back to youThe only thing my husband kept saying was for him to add the difference to the remaining balance and once the car was finally fixed then we would make another payment and continue payments like we agreed on [redacted] got upset and began yelling at my husband telling him "oh now your threating me? now your intimidating me that I better fix your car now? what's next your going to come shoot up my shop or send someone to come and beat me up? I have a family you know I don't need this drama and I refuse to help people like you'll." my husband responded look in not a gangster im not in a gang or mafia, I don't know what people you've had to deal with in the past but im just a customer that's not happy with your work and all I want is for you to fix and hand me back my car fixed how you said you would [redacted] responded with I don't care if you are happy or not im not doing business with you anymore and I refuse to work and fix your car so just pay me what you'll owe me and then youll can come pick up your piece of junk and your title and hung up on usI called [redacted] later on acting as if I didn't know anything to see what he told me and he made it out to be as he did nothing wrong and made it seem like my husband was being rude and cussing at himI asked him what was going to happen if he was going to finish working on my car and he told me he didn't know he didn't want to talk about it anymore he would think about it and let me know his decisiona few days went by [redacted] finally texted me asking for a payment I called him and told him I just wanted to make sure that if I made this payment that my car was going to finally start getting worked on he told me "we have been working on the car" so I told him okay well all I have is is that okay? next week I will make the full payment and he said that's dine something is better then nothinghe had me meet up with him Monday at the walmart gas station to make the paymentWhen we meet I told him I would text him Friday for the next payment and to check on the car he said that was fineI waited a few days and called the shop to see what was going on with the car the mechanic told me that [redacted] tod him to get that piece of s [redacted] car off the lift and not to touch the car and if we showed up not to give us our car backmind you he wont even let us get our kids carseats out of the car! I called [redacted] to see why he isn't letting them work on my car basically asking why he lied to my face he told me that he was no longer going to work on my car after saying they have been working on the car! I don't understand why he is adding an additional $for storage when all of this is going on because he didn't fix the car like he promised and got upset when we asked why he was over charging us and why was trying to charge labor again when this part should have been fixed when he touched the car the first timewe no longer want [redacted] to work on the car we just want our car back so we can take it to someone that is going to fix the car even if that means he has to put the old parts back on

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never rushed anyoneI payed slot off money there for as a paying customer I have the right to ask about the progress of my vehicleI was told that rebuilding the engine would fix all the original issues that still remainI have a multitude of text messages saying the truck would be ready next week or this weekend so with the sense of hope of course a person will inquire about the status and or updatesI also have the text and pictures with dated and times of the condition the engine was in when given back as well as what it looked like before the truck was in the care of [redacted] .these pictures(and text explaining to [redacted] the owner of the following) include a cracked upper intake manifold with the attempt to conceal the crack with jb welding, insignificant amounts of vital lubercatig liquids,missing bolts and nuts from the engine block, the original issue of the rpms fluctuationing, unplugged vacuum seals, a serpentine belt that was FrayedThat was within the first week or so of getting the truck backWhy wasn’t my warranty honored at that point to fix the errors when they where minor? I was told to stop messing with the truck (insinuating I’m the cause of all this), well it doesn’t take a mechanic or genius to recognize a sloppy job or knowing when you didn’t receive the product you where promisedIt took over a year for them to “fix” and put together my engine so how is it that a little effort of putting rubbed & plastic houses back in there proper position to avoid any new issues; can be over looked cause you “felt rushed”It took me minutes to fill the truck up with the proper amount of oil and coolantThen when I got the hint that there was a apathetic attitude I went ahead and fixed the issues my self and trying to make peace by focusing on the fact that my family no longer had to rely on a single vehicleBut then on my last attempt to redeem yet another warranty issue with in the allowable year (according to the receipts I signed)i was avoided and basically told no, the pcm/oem burnt out and therefore the truck is not working the itemized receipt confirms that is should have been a honored warrantyI can’t take it to another mechanic because it voids the warranty agreement set by [redacted] the ownerI was guaranteed and promise and Mim-Mim of another years out of the truckIt did not even last yearIn the response the Revdex.com received from [redacted] states that I had other issues with the truck, I find this ironic when I specifically described what the symptoms the truck was experiencing, and with the information and knowledge that was giving to [redacted] about the symptoms he recommended a engine overhaulAs someone who is a novelist at best I took his advice If you knew there were other issues that were more manageable why was I charged the amount that I was charged and why was the labor that was done Even done in the first place if there were other avenues we could have gone?not to mention I complained about my oil drain hole being stripped (first oil change since getting the truck back; means the last person to do a oil change was from [redacted] s shop) and wou hold oil or oil pressureOnce again a denial of responsibility took place and the blame once again was placed on meHow do I go about justifying the dollar amount given by me when I’m having to fix a Mechanic’s doing and when every issue at hand won’t be honored yet As mentioned before if I allow any other mechanic to work on the truck it voids the original warranty therefore I couldn’t have any of these so-called other issues taken care of unless it was from [redacted] which goes without saying I had at this point lost all confidence in his ability to be honest and do quality work I am more than happy to provide any of the documents, pictures, and text messages as needed the response it was mentioned that there was an uncertainty about why people lie, well I have no reason to lie I only have gave the cuase and the effectsAs I said I’m more than happy and willing to be deligent by giving all & any pictures,text and etcthese will and should expose who’s fabricating and minimizingWhich includes [redacted] telling my (at the time 5-months pregnant) and I to stop using cocainOnce again I thank the Revdex.com for providing me with a medium and platform to voice what I believe to be bad business ethicsThank you for your time if there’s any other information that is needed from me please let me know and I will respond ASAP Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: You even said it your self in your last statement “the warranty doesn’t work that way”If you didn’t deny me then why do I have recipes for parts I had to purchase cuase you either didn’t answer me or you told me to stop doing coke-Cain and messing with the truckBottom line is you didn’t deliver on your promise to fix the original issue, the truck was poorly maintained months before I put my foot down, the fact that it took you over a year to this job should mean you had a ample amount time to put more effort in maintaining proper lubrications, from day I’ve asked you to make this right but you blamed me for all the issues new and oldYou supposedly (according to your Receipts) bought a new pcm but when it failed on me the warranty was not honored, then when I buy one my self and install it the truck rpm issue went away! So how is it that the one of the parts you “replaced” allowed the truck to run in the original issues you promised to fix with the over haulBut when I bought the same part the issue went away! Was the part truly replaced? What about my oil pan being stripped? Missing nuts off the engine frame? Fact of the matter is I’m not happy with the ethics of your business, work ethics nor the way I was spoke down to and accused of drug useAll these are just but a few of many grievances listedI know in my heart that I am in the right and a refund is extremely justifiable! If you can’t take responsibility and do what’s right, then I will not stop any efforts to pool any and all resources (including the Revdex.com) to take legal actionEven if the out come is not ruled in my favor this whole chain of events would have publicly red flagged your ethics and will prevent this from happening so any other hard working AmericanSo I ask one last time to do what is right and refund me half of the total payment for only doing half the work, other than that I’ll pursue the full amount for the time and effort that your dishonesty has causedGod bless.

I am rejecting this response because: I took my car to another shop to get it looked atNo labor was doneI have every right to take my vehicle to get inspected and that wouldn't nor should void a warrantyThe shop I took it to said that you lied about using Honda partsI specifically asked you if you used Honda partsYou answered yes the first time that I dealt with you, you said yes only to get my businessI took my car back to the shop that inspected it and had them replace the bad aftermarket parts you put into my vehicle due to you being cheap and greedyThose parts you put into my vehicle were aftermarket parts that cost a fraction of what I paid you to put in for authentic partsI couldn't wait around with no A/C in Texas for you to go back and forth with meHERES THE GOOD PART! I NEVER NEEDED TO REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR! YOU LIED ABOUT THAT TOO! YOU WANTED TO TAKE MORE OF MY MONEY TO REPLACE A PART THAT DIDN'T NEED REPLACING!!! MY AC runs GREAT now!!! WITH NO NEW BLOWER MOTOR THAT YOU INSISTED THAT I NEEDED! ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS HONDA PARTSIF YOU HAD DONE WHAT I PAID YOU TO DO WE WOULDN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM! But no! You run a shady business that should be reprimanded.

Hello Again, to begin with when you first showed up you asked me how much would it be for an engine overhaul and how much to finance and make paymentsI gave you a price and you agreed to do the repairsYou made payments then you skipped paymentsAs your drug and marijuana issues were mentioned when you all wanted to hang out at the bar and have a drinkI was surprised that you would do illegal substance because you mentioned you were on probation, but that's your personal issuesBut anyway, when we got the truck towed in ,I inspected the engine compartment and we noticed that some of the parts were taken apart and cables wires were not connected and a whole bunch of other stuff was not rightIt was a messI called you and asked you, who messed with the truck and you admitted that you were trying to work on it. As for the other issues that you are complaining about, you knew of the other issuesYou said that you just wanted to take the truck on how it isI said o.kbut we are not responsible for any other issues, and you just said , I want my truck and that you didn't have any more money to put into itas your warranties that your were trying to get this last time you text me and mentioned about warranty on the fuel pump, well I didn't do no repairs on a fuel pump ,so there is no warranty on something I didn't doand as far as that last text, you mentioned I did a great jobYou are very confusingI never denied any warranty for any of the repairs I didall you have been doing is texting and trying to get something for nothing. The customer is wrong, we replaced the blower motor resister and the relay. I dont know what he is talking about a transister.we did the work and it worked fine for a couple of weeks. he came back and said that it wasnt working properly any more, so I told him to bring it back and we would warranty...

it. We did the job all over again and told him that if it happends again we would need to replace the blower motor because that is what is shorting out the resisiter, he said o.k. A couple of days later he said it wasnt working properly again, so I told him that we needed to change the blower motor.he got upsset and left. he came back a couple of weeks later and said he wanted to return the part that I put on and that he had it off. I told him that he voided his warranty ,by letting some one else work on the job that had a warranty. He got upset again and left. a couple of weeks later someone called me telling me that he reperents the customer and startede threatening to take me to court, we were back and forth with the situation and the bottom line was that I would replace all the parts all over again, only if he would replace the blower motor with me or any other shop. hello again, I already told my story and you seemed to lie on your second part., you never called to get your car seats and I have proof that I text you and you did not respond, when I told you your husband called me and I told you he was rude , you told me that he is rude and always messing up things in your life. you told me that everyone tells you, why are you with him if he is a loser and I said I don't want to know, that's your life and that is not my concern. I am gonna say it again, I REFUSE to work on your car because of your husbands attitude. in life when you want something from some one you have to be nice ,you can not call the owner that you do not no and tell him, (YOUR GONNA FIX MY CAR NOW AND IM GONNA PAY YOU LATER) sorry that doesn't work in my company. You are straight up lying, you cussed at my lawyer on the phone and retorted with calling me offensive names. You DID not offer to replace the knockoff part you put in my vehicle with an authentic part that I paid you a crap ton of money to do! I have the reciepts to show how much you charged! The only way this goes away is if you repay for damages, until then, I'm letting everyone know to stay away from your pathetic shop.

I was told to stop messing with the truck (insinuating I’m the cause of all this), well it doesn’t take a mechanic or genius to recognize a sloppy job or knowing when you didn’t receive the product you where promised. It took over a year for them to “fix” and put together my engine so how is it that a little effort of putting rubbed & plastic houses back in there proper position to avoid any new issues; can be over looked cause you “felt rushed”. It took me 20 minutes to fill the truck up with the proper amount of oil and coolant. Then when I got the hint that there was a  apathetic attitude I went ahead and fixed the issues my self and trying to make peace by focusing on the fact that my family no longer had to rely on a single vehicle. But then on my last attempt to redeem yet another warranty issue with in the allowable year (according to the receipts I signed)i was avoided and basically told  no, the pcm/oem burnt out and therefore the truck is not working the itemized receipt confirms that is should have been a honored warranty. I can’t take it to another mechanic because it voids the warranty agreement set by [redacted] the owner. I was  guaranteed and promise and Mim-Mim of another 21 years out of the truck. It did not even last year. In the response the Revdex.com received from [redacted] states that I had other issues with the truck,  I find this ironic when I specifically described what the symptoms the truck was experiencing, and with the information and knowledge that was giving to [redacted] about the symptoms he recommended a engine overhaul. As someone who is a novelist at best I took his advice.  If you knew there were other issues that were more manageable why was I charged the amount that I was charged and why was the labor that was done Even done in the first place if there were  other avenues we could have gone?not to mention I complained about my oil drain hole being stripped (first oil change since getting the truck back; means the last person to do a oil change was from [redacted]s shop) and wou hold oil or oil pressure. Once again a denial of responsibility took place and the blame once again was placed on me. How do I go about justifying the dollar amount given by me when I’m having to fix a Mechanic’s doing and when every issue at hand won’t be honored yet As mentioned before if I allow any other mechanic to work on the truck it voids the original warranty therefore I couldn’t have any of these so-called other issues taken care of  unless it was from [redacted] which goes without saying I had at this point lost all confidence in his ability to be honest and do quality work.  I am more than happy to provide any of the documents, pictures, and text messages as needed.  the response  it was mentioned that there was an uncertainty about why people lie, well I have no reason to lie  I only have gave the cuase and the effects. As I said I’m more than happy and willing to be deligent by giving all & any pictures,text and etc. these will and should expose who’s fabricating and minimizing. Which includes [redacted] telling my (at the time 5-6 months pregnant) and I to stop using cocain. Once again I thank the Revdex.com for providing me with a medium and platform to voice what I believe to be bad business ethics. truck to pick up his daughter car. I agreed. the car came in  with the power steering hanging down and the car not running. After I talked to her she said that her dad said I would give her a payment. I didn't want to give her a payment plan because her brother was already lack of payment with my company. She kept begging me to help her out, so I did. What a regret. as we were having problems with the rack and pinion I told her to bring it back. Then her husband called me and was very rude and very demanding and yelling at me with intimidation, saying your gonna fix it and and we will 'pay you later, I said with your attitude I am not gonna work on your car anymore and you can"t pick it up until you pay me. And he insisted on yelling and saying your gonna fix it NOW. I fixed what was charged to her on a payment plan. The total amount on the repairs was $572.45. She made a down payment of $200.00 and on her first payment she had an excuse that she didn't have all the payment  and I just told her give me what you can. She gave me a payment of $70.00. Balance is $302.45 and hasn't made a payment since then, so she is in default and will be charged for $35.00 per day for storage. I'm here to help my customers, but customers like this I don't need and I refuse to work on this car . as far as I know this customer is in default with the payment plan.                                     �... thank you

I didnt want to make money off of you and I offered to your lawyer for you to bring it back and put in the one part that you were complaining about. But you didnt take it. what else do I have to do if I offered to help and you didnt take the offer. had to repair. but he insist on taking the truck, he said ill just take it and if it brakes ill use the warranty, I told him it doesn't work that way. If you take it I am not responsible if it breaks. I finished the truck and he took it. he calls later around a month and starts complaining about the drain plug on the oil pan. he said he took it off and that the threads on it were bad and he wanted to warranty the drain plug. I told him that he didnt pay for and oil drain plug so there is no warranty on it . I told him to stop messing with it and bring it back. (no response). I dont hear from him for around 4 months and he sends me a message on warranting the fuel pump. he was blaming me for messing up the wiring on the fuel pump. Then I told him we didnt put a fuel pump and we didn't take out the fuel tank. So there is no warranty on that. and never told him not to bring it back. Don't try and work on the truck if you don't know what you are doing. Thank you and have a great day
