We understand the customer would like her account completely closed and all information erasedThe system we use is called Mindbody, because of PCI compliance they do not allow complete erasing of accounts; however, we did deactivate the account, deleted her email address, physical address, and her billing information has been permanently deletedI have attached an email I sent to Raye involving this on 10/26/at 8:30am regarding thisAs stated before, we do feel bad that the client misunderstood her membership

The client purchased this membership option on her own through the website the clearly shows that the membership is monthly costIt was a special because it was a new pricing option and the price for it now is $per monthI have attached the receipt that is in her online account that she has
access to that states it is payments of $Below is a link of what she would have seen when she was checking out to purchase this optionIt states in places that it is a cost per month(the cost is different now because when she bought it, it was a sale) ***

The Maintenance Supervisor, Mike was very professional and did address my concerns in short order. It is very reassuring to know that Somerset Companies does have employees that take pride in their work. Regarding the way the situation was handled by the person in the office that has not been addressed and do hope that the person has had some retraining

The Fireside Maintenance Supervisor, Mike, contacted Mrs *** directly to discuss her concerns. After this conversation, our electrician and heating/cooling technician arrived within an hour and inspected the apartment as requested. After the inspection, Mike followed up with
Mrs *** and offered how to reach him directly if he may provide additional assistance. Mrs*** shared with Mike that she was pleased with how we addressed her concern. The team at Fireside is enthusiastic to provide prompt and professional service and we are pleased to have been able to assist Mrs***

I am rejecting this response because:BODYBAR Fitness Fort Worth never addressed my second request of terminating my account.They can keep their moneyIt frustrates me to lose this amount of money due to my misunderstanding of membership I regrettably signed up forAt this time, I am requesting my entire account, including all personal information, contact information, billing, credit card information, login information, and account history, permanently deleted, closed, and/or terminated from their website on MindBodyOnline.comI have emailed to them this request with no responseI even contacted MindBodyOnline themselves and they are unable to close my accountI would like this done immediatelyI just don’t want anything to do with BODYBAR ever againI also will not recommend this place to anyone

Corporate did have conversations with above.  All matters hav been resolved and apt. has been re-rented.Above customer signed a lease and wanted out of it.  We re-rented it for her & released her from her legal contract.
