I'm in receipt of your letter dated 10/26/17, and the following is my responseThis complaint is simply false, not stating the factsThis incident was on 10/17/17, and was removed from our facility on 10/20/ DAYS!, but the complaint states calling for a few days, and finally getting a call back after a few days?As far as an adjuster inspecting the vehicle, I don’t believe he "Stopped By", but an adjuster did call to set up an inspection of the vehicle in which I returnedWhen I contacted the adjuster, he stated he no longer was going to inspect it, but instead would be sending it to the collision centerI let him know if that’s what the owner wants to do, to have them contact me to make the arrangementsThe owner contacted me to release to collision center, I got her fax# and sent it, she faxed the release and the collision center removed the vehicle "An entirety of Days, with no delays on our part whatsoever." We do have procedures, and we don’t allow access or removal of vehicles from our facility without the owner's permissionThe accident was 10/17/17, the insurance adjuster left a voicemail late afternoon on 10/17/17, I returned his call the morning of 10/18/for inspection but he wanted it to go to the collision center instead of inspection, I called the collision center on 10/18/and told them to have the owner contact me to release it to them, the owner contacted me on 10/19/to release, and the vehicle was removed on 10/20/This vehicle was processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner, although the complaint states otherwiseI appreciate your time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The statement I gave was not false, and I have others that where involved that can contest to the facts With that being said, the only thing I really wanted out of this it that the Revdex.com knows what kind of a business Somerset Hills Towing is and how poor they treat there customersWith hopes that no other customer has to go through the headaches and concerns that we did I have spent more time and energy dealing with Somerset, than they deserve, so therefore this complaint can be closed Regards, [redacted] ***
