Review: Poor workmanship and methods resulted in multiple irreparable issues in a bathroom renovationDesired Settlement: Written acknowledgment of errors as listed in a 22-page document delivered to the owner and vice president, which included pictures of many of the problems, repair of those issues that can be recified without incurring further damage, and a billing adjustment for those that are not.

I am rejecting this response because: It is completely false. The price was disconunted because there were numerous issues that were irrepairable, as I indicated in the original complaint. The solution was only acceptable because many repairs were impossible without demolition of the work. Some repairs I performed myself, some by the business. Others, as I said, cannot be made at all and are, therefore, permenant defects.
