I have responded to your inquiries and provided all the information available? No new DIFFERENT product was used on anyone that was not used at the trial but instead a new bottle of product (MUFE WaterBlend Foundation R250) and a new eyeliner (MUFE Pencil in Brown) that had been received the day before? All products used in the trial were used on the day of ? and all members of the wedding party were airbrushed with Kett airbrush foundation.? All hairstyles were secured with professional methods and we have no control over what is done to compromise the style after we depart however, your constant touching and readjusting during the styling process made it impossible to complete the style? My staff is made up of respected professionals who all take great pride in their work and are always happy to do what it takes to ensure longevity and satisfaction.Please be aware that the team did the best they could despite constant interruptions by members of the wedding party, the unauthorized artist (for which we typically charge a $fee), event coordinator and members of the club who were trying to get their day started in a space that was not meant for wedding day preparations but instead for getting into and out of their workout clothesWe were placed in the dressing room of the club with inadequate lighting, which is not typically where we workWe tried to function in the space we were given but will opt for our usual location next time.You stated that you felt there might be a chemical burn which is not possible given the types of professional products I use? All have been tested for negative interations with each other? We also have no idea of knowing what you may have used or taken previously and failed to mention to us when asked?
