I accepted all this, plus said I would clean it up, which I have and I would paint utility room, which I have to say I have accepted no responsibility is purely falseI now have to in my sell price of the home add a painting allowance So again this is an added expense that could have been taken care of by just providing the laborI Mister am not your victim and will not be one nowI have since checked the YELP reviews they are awful ! [redacted] did half of one corner in front bath, left the mud on, I assumed to dry, and leftNo one ever came backso I did call [redacted] and ask when were they coming backHe thought they had finished all the work and was surprised that the only days they were there they only spent about an hour to 2hours at my placeThe man I hired was working on a different area than your company was , he was doing outside work as well as painting baseboards and doors and trimThis had nothing to do with what your company was doing as you only painted the interior walls You accepted full payment before I left town to complete a job to my 100%satisfaction,I was willing to just walk away if you would spend hours finishing the sheetrock issues and paint where the first color was coming thru in every roomIf you do not want reviews on your facebook page then why is there a place for them ? The customer will be refunded $of services not received Due to processing errors the credit card can not be processed so a check will be mailed to the address listed on this form

She picked out the wrong color paint, it states in the contract she signed that is her responsibility not ours.The work was touched up and completed, and the customer has signed off on it twice. The warranty is null & void because another workman was there messing up the paint job when we were there Pictures were taken The handyman that was there, not Sometimes Spouse, even stated that we will take care of anything he messes up with our guarantee She also did not contact us for nearly months after the job was signed off on by her husband This woman will not be happy with anything that we do We completed our part of the deal Lady quit playing a victim and take responsibility for your part of this issue You need to get your home leveled, which we do not do You told us the wrong color paint, not our issue You signed a contract, it is legally binding, and we have went above and beyond for you, and you are unreasonable

Sometimes Spouse's warranty is null & void when another contractor/handyman works on the home *** told you that we were completed with our work We will not be painting your home for free, because you told them the wrong color I am not going to respond to your complaints I believe it was summed up above If the Revdex.com wants to contact us to get pictures, or a copy of our contract with clients, they are more than welcome to do so At this point, it is bordering on stalking, defamation of character and harassment Please do not contact our offices again, via phone, email, Facebook or in any other manor Good Luck to you and all you do
