Hello, We received the order from customer and we shipped exact same brand item to customer as ordered, and customer received exact same brand item customer orderedWe do not sell duplicate or counter-fit item items; we are not in that kind of businessWe provides packing slip with each order and if the product is discontinued by manufacturer then we normally do not accept returns so we makes special notes in the packing slip as – Discontinued by vendor, no stock available – so customer assumed as we shipped a duplicate or counter fit productCustomer does not want the product so he made up a story based on the packing slip note and complainedWe received email from customer on Friday and wanted to return the item and customer does not want to pay return shipping cost to return the item, we told customer that we shipped exactly same item customer ordered so its customer responsibly to return the item, basically customer do not want to pay the return shipping cost so he made up a story here to compliant to Revdex.com, just to avoid return shipping costWe issued UPS Call Tag # [redacted] to customer to return the item and customer returned the item to us for refundEven though it’s not our fault we did take care of the return before this Revdex.com complaints comes to usCustomer used our UPS call tag and returned the item to us for refundAs we shipped the correct brand item to customer, its customer cancel and return orderThis is totally a bogus claim, it has no values, customer do not want the product and do not want to pay return shipping cost, so contacting Revdex.com to solve his mistake and blaming seller for his own mistakes, even though it’s not our fault we did take care of the returnWe are authorized tool distributor for this manufacturer and we still have pieces of exact same item in stock, we sold over exact same items last months and we do not have a single return and complaintIf customer like we can provide manufacturer details and he can verify their product quality and details with themThere are three items in the packet and these three exact same items are still available and manufacturer is selling these items individually nowIf customer wants we can sell remaining pieces exact same item to customer and he can take that to manufacturer to confirm as their productWe are authorized distributor of over brand manufacturers, including many tool manufacturersWe sell only brand products and we stand behind our manufacturer’s product quality, all these manufacturers provide warranty on their products.ThanksAlliance Supply

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] I, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint First, Alliance Supply did kindly allow me to return what they sent and to receive a refundI am grateful to them for that(I have now received both boxes with all the parts of the hutch from a reputable company for about the same price as the one box with unusable parts of the hutch unless a second box was purchased in addition.) HOWEVER, my specific complaint to the Revdex.com was not personalRather, it expressed my concern about a practice of misleading advertising being used by Alliance Supply and some other companies which I regard as a hybrid of the old bait-and-switch tacticIn this version, the ad description and image is of a desktop hutch, but the purchaser will receive only a few pieces of the hutch and be required to buy a second box for the rest of the pieces, hardware, and instructionsThere is no suggestion in the ad, apart from the words “box of 2” in the title (which in view of everything else in the ad seems like a small typo) that the purchaser will only get a box of unusable pieces and be in the position of having to purchase a second boxObviously, I cannot police this deceptive practiceSo, my hope was that my direct complaint to the company and through the Revdex.com might persuade Alliance Supply to fix the ad with a correct description or at least a disclaimer, or, better still, to sell the whole product as the manufacturer intends it be soldInstead, Alliance Supply’s response defends their technical loophole and gives no indication they will amend their practiceRegards, [redacted]

Hello, We received customer request to return the item and customer requested a return label to return the item, we issued UPS Return label to customer with Tracking # [redacted] and customer used the label provided and returned the item to us, here we enclosed proof of return shipment. We shipped exactly same brand item which customer ordered, here we enclosed the product search results from the manufacturer site, as you can see these items are available in the manufacturer website, please find enclosed [redacted] search results from manufacturer website. Its customer cancel and return, our policy clearly states that, all customers cancel and returns there will be 20% restocking fee applies. Our policy also states, if customer cancel order then customer has to return the item for refund, as our curtsey we issued UPS label to customer to return the item. Customer returned the item and we issued correct refund. We have over 30 pieces of these exact items in stock, we do not sell duplicate of refurbished items, we are authorized distributor of our manufacturers and we stand behind on their product quality and warranty. If customer like we can provide manufacturer details and he can verify their product quality and details with them. There are three items in the packet and these three exact same items are still available and manufacturer is selling these items individually now. If customer wants we can sell remaining 41 pieces exact same item to customer and he can take that to manufacturer to confirm as their product. We are authorized distributor of over 600 brand manufacturers, including many tool manufacturers. We sell only brand products and we stand behind our manufacturer’s product quality, all these manufacturers provide warranty on their products.ThanksAlliance Supply
