is the owner of the Somni Design LLC, and he was the main person that we contacted during our wedding preparation.
Base on our contract, we gave *** $500 deposited on the equipment that we used in our wedding. After the wedding, we already returned all the equipment that we had used except the 2 vases. However, those vases were used during our church ceremony. After church, all of us went to venue for our reception. *** had his team came and picked up all the decorations at church and brought to venue. For some reasons, now he claimed me that those 2 vases were missing. As a bride and groom, we honestly did not have time to clean up the church on that date. That was why I needed him and his staff. After 3 months, he never contacted me to refund my deposit until I asked. If he knew something missing, he should have been contacted me after our wedding than waited for me to text him.
He gave me back $300 for returning other equipment’s except those 2 vases.
He was irresponsible for his service and now claimed on us for missing the equipment’s. He was also rude and unprofessional when we asked him for the refund. As a businessman, he would proactive in giving his customers’ refund than wait until we asked.
