The product advertises a monet back guarantee. I ordered 3 boxes of the product in November and received it in late November.By December 2nd I reached out to customer service about their money back guarantee. I received a response from customer service that all I had to do was mail back the unused product with a mailing label they provided and they would refund the full purchase price. I did as theyrequested and sent everything back. I followed up on the 15th and several times since to multiple emails, and even through the contact us section of their website and they have not responded and have not issued my refund. I sent a final email to the following email addresses (***@somnifix.com, [email protected], ***@somnifix.com) stating that if I did not get a response within a week, I would file a complaint. Needless to say I never received a response.
