We are owed $250.
My husband met with the owner, ***, and showed him the marble in our 2 bathrooms. My husband had used a process that brought back the original lustre and requested SonBrite hone the marble so that it was even better. The owner said his company could hone and do the job. 2 workers came on 2/15/18;spent the entire day with the owner coming in/out to check their work. The owner upsold us selling a sealer. My husband thought the sealer had to dry for the finished look and asked me to pay them. The next day we realized that the marble looked no better than before they arrive. The owner came over, we discussed and he asked us to give him a 2nd chance; He promised to do the job himself and he would give us $250 back if we allowed this. He also said if the floors were not improved we would get a full refund. We agreed and settled on a date. The day before the agreed date, the owner called and asked if we could move the date possibly a month because he had a large job to do. We agreed. The 2 workers and owner came to do the job on 4/3/18; within 30minutes the owner received a call and told me he had to leave. I told him that he promised us he would do the job himself. He proceeded to tell me that the person who he needed to help was really important and only he could help him do the stone work. I told him that was not our agreement and that he was pushing us aside which was unacceptable. He refused to stay and left. His workers finished the job, the work was acceptable, and before they left I asked them for our $250 refund. They knew nothing about it. On 4/10/18 I texted the owner and asked about the check. He texted that I would receive the check by the end of the week. My husband and I have proceeded to text him 4x and have not received our $250.

Did an quote to strip and wax my Mexican floor tile. Job was not up to standard. A asked him to come and look at the job and discuss the situation.
He came and agreed it was not up to standard and told me he got busy and subbed the job to someone else and he did not supervise the work. He agreed to come and do a complete redo. He was suppose to be at my place July 24, 2017 to redo the work. He never showed up and does not return my calls or emails. He also charged me 237.50 more than the quote and promised me a refund which I have not received.
