negotiated down from our asking price of $7,When he bought the van, he didn't have enough money to pay the balance in fullMr*** only had $5,He told us he had some settlement money coming and could pay the balance in no more than weeksWe ***'t normally allow delivery of a vehicle until it is paid in full, but decided to make an exception, since he was a previous Customer,When he purchased the van, he asked about a second keyWe told him that we had only received one key from the dealer we got it fromWe gave him the name of the locksmith we useHis salesperson told him he could go to this locksmith and get our discounted price for the key.Mr*** got his settlement money quicker than he thoughtOn 3/4/16, Mr*** came in to pay his balance in fullWhen he came in, he demanded his other keyWe reminded him that we had only received one keyWhen we asked him why he didn't get a key at the locksmith, he said he wasn't going to pay $for a keyThere was never any promise from us about a key, either written or verbal.In an attempt to try and provide good customer service, we called the dealer we got it from to see if they had another keyThey didn’t, but said they would see if their customer still had itA few days later, we received the key in the mail from the dealer.We called Mr*** to let him know, that we had made some calls and found the keyMr*** asked us to mail him the key, which is what we did.About a week later, we got a call from Mr*** saying he had not received the keyHe got very nasty with the salesperson and made threats to send a complaint to the RevDex.com.I have attached a copy of his purchase agreement, showing that there was nothing additional owed to Mr***The purchase agreement shows the vehicle was sold "AS IS" right above his signatureAlso attached is copy of the “Federal Buyers Guide” with his signature showing "AS IS NO WARRANTY".It is our position, that we have made every effort to satisfy Mr*** and have no intention to do anything elseYou can see from our record with the Revdex.com, that we have an excellent rating with no complaintsUnfortunately, there are a few people that try and bully businesses with these frivolous complaintsThat will not work with us.Thanks for the opportunity to respond to this complaintI am sure the Revdex.com will see that we have gone above and beyond in this case.*** *** *** President
