I paid $to join Kickboxing in September 6, for a 6week program That same day September 6th, within the hour I called business and asked to cancel because the facility was too far from home and I most likely wouldn't commit I was told I couldn't cancel In which we have by law a grace period in which we can cancelMoving forward I got charged every month sinceI never stepped foot at Rondeau Kickboxing and called several times to speak with manager Christine was aware of the situation and said she would take care of the matter but nothing ever got done I later was told that in order to cancel I have to send a letter wishing to cancel membership I then sent letter and they received it on January 17th I called [redacted] Corporation [redacted] ** 65079-to verify they received the notice and they did but denied the request because it wasn't certified At this point I am beyond furious
