I signed up for cool sculpting treatment. Two small applicator cups on my lower abdomen and two small applicator cups on my upper abdomen. I was very excited because I was told that due to my size and shape that I would have “GREAT” results. I was an excellent candidate!

I went in for treatment on January 6 and January 7, 2018. The women who helped me were very kind and the treatment itself was very relaxing and I was made to feel special.

The PROBLEM is when I went in for my 90 day mark to take after pictures there were no results. As a matter of fact the girl ( Melissa ) who did the cool sculpting and took the before and after pictures, confused the pictures when talking with me. She was pointing to the after picture to show me where I was needing the help in the beginning. I let her talk before pointing out that she was using my AFTER picture to discuss where I was needing help before cool sculpting treatment began.

I asked her what was sewn on meds spa going to do to resolve this issue. She told me to wait while she went to speak with Skyler who was the Young lady who did my consultation. When I walked in to see Skyler she apologized that I was disappointed and made the remark that Melissa stated that maybe instead of using for applicator cups ( two on my lower abdomen and two on my upper abdomen ) she should have used six small petite cups.

I asked to speak with the manager. Taylor came in and told me that I would probably like Venus legacy as a follow up treatment to the cool sculpting. That would give me results. She told me that I could receive the package for 75% off. She says my price would then be $1240. That seems a bit of a scam to me when I just paid $2000 for the cool sculpting and got no results.

We resolved that I will go back and visit at my 120 day appointment on May 11 2018. To see if there were any further results.

I have been emailing back-and-forth with Taylor and trying to resolve the issue. I’m terribly unhappy with the results and the care that I am given at Sona Medspa
